The people who work here are so kind and helpful. Very authentic Armenian experience. Outdated and a bit old. The walk to the city center is quite sketchy and off putting, I recommend taking a taxi.

The 2 men at the reception were respectful and helpful. I had booked 6 nights but we left after only one night. The toilette seat was not fixed and stable as well as the sink. Pillows were yellowish and sheets very old, towels dirty. Curtain holder of the shower had rust (can be changed very simply) The lock of the balcony door wasn’t working.

My frienda and I stayed in Nuryan Hotel for one night and everything was good espicially the staff and the reception were so friendly and helpful.

The staff The room and bathrooms were so dirty. There were hairs on the bed and the room smelled horrible. I cancelled the rest of my stay because it wasn’t bearable to stay there.

I had a very good experience in this hotel, the staff was so kind and helpful, they really made me feel very comfortable. It’s like 20 min walking distance from the city center and yandex is cheap if you don’t want to walk. One day I was a little bit late for breakfast but they still prepared it for me. Bed was comfy and the room was perfect for me, good to rest and recharge energy. I totally recommend it! Maybe that I could hear the shower of the next door bathroom, a little bit noisy in the morning but nothing serious.

All the staffs here were very friendly, especially the evening staff (don't recall his name). Awesome spread of breakfast each day & smiling faces with all the staff members. Bonu was the stadium next door; if you are lucky enough, take a walk to the other side of the stadium and take a glimpse of the football match free ? Highly recommend this place for budget stay which is very cozy. You also have a supermarket opposite to the property to buy beer & wine ? Rooms are a little cramped but it's fine for that cost. Republic square is just walkable distance and many tourist spots.

All the staffs are nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great. It is near to grocery, money exchange, Vernissage Market and St Gregory the Illuminator Church. Also, it is walking distance to Republic Square. The bed is very comfortable and toiletries and slippers are provided.
