A comfortable studio apartment in a great location in Yerevan city center. I had a great stay. The host doesn’t speak English but he’s kind and friendly and we communicated easily. There’s a fully equipped kitchen if you want to make food. The WiFi works great, and the shower is amazing (hot water, great pressure).

The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and shopping centers. The management was responsive and friendly. The apartment only has one sink for washing dishes, and it's located in the bathroom. It would be more convenient to have it one near the kitchen. Additionally, it would be better if the bathroom had a mop squeezer or a spinner mop.

Even though it is basically in the very center of Yerevan, it was calm and quiet. The room was spacious enough, perfectly clean with new furniture, equipped with fridge, TV, cooker and tableware. I really have nothing to complaint about, it was a very pleasant stay. The owner was kind and helpful and waited for me even when I arrived at 4 am. The location is great as well, the place is in walking distance to all important sights and good restaurants. There are also two grocery shops nearby. I really have nothing to complaint about.

The hosts. When something was needed they helped alot. Yeravan is small. So easy to get anywhere in the center. But the place is slightly off center - nice park with restaurants close by - and thus a 500 meter walk till the center starts or so.

Right in the heart of the city with a great host! Restaurant across the street blasts their music and it goes right through the walls.

Barking dog all the time, garbage in the corridor, terrace door not soundproof, you can hear traffic, leaking in toilet hand wash, missing basic kitchen products, rude host ee agreed to check out at 2 pm , and than they lied and wanted us disturbing around 1 pm , stupid company stay in apartment present also in Airbnb, Avoid them . Service very idiots no speak English and hostile.
