Great place!

Location is ok for people used to walk, 20 minutes to republic square, but terrible when you coming first time as hotel is hidden in shady area behind 2 fence gates, without idea how to pass through, taxi drivers dont want to wait, so you will have to cary your luggages 100 meters yourself Everything - breakfast is terrible, bads separated and hole between filled by some trash matrace, blanket and towels they replace only at Wed, seems like mine dirty was already used, they cheating with card payment but accept only cash, no helpful in anything, very little english spoken, and the room is super dusty and not clean, full of hair of previous clients, even we asked to clean again, they came with dirty mop and bring even more hair....avoid this hotel I am begging you

I liked very much the cozy yard. The staff is very polite and was helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, 5min walking from Vernissage Market and 15 min from the Republic Square. I can say that it was value for money.

Very good services and location. The staff was friendly. Good selection for breakfast.

Open outside seating. Room is not being cleaned daily. They are just removing the trash but other things not being cleaned.

The bed was little wet

So far, we’ve mostly loved and enjoyed our stay. The whole room was very spacious for two people, and we felt special being given a queen bed and an extra small bed for the two of us. “The entire room should be cleaned properly every day. The whole floor should be vacuumed daily, and the free materials (such as the kettle and mugs) should be checked to ensure they are still in good condition.”

Breakfast is one time and had a lot of options. Place is quite and comfortable. Answers all the inquiries and calls. For us that is so used in UAE using bidet is was a little challenging but overall is comfy and budget friendly. Just the bidet part but overall is a wonderful stay.

The proximity to downtown and other facilities Central market , SAS, exchange Kiosk etc... Although the property refused first, to offer the breakfast upon our arrival around 9 am in exchange of the day of our departure at 5 am. At last they accepted. As such we were satisfied You can miss easily your way to the hotel upon your arrival. Sign to the hotel should be installed

I thought I would be able to pay with my credit card, but I had to get cash to pay for our stay.

The outdoor seating area was so comforting. The ambience was so relaxing. Superb breakfast. There was a gate barrier to control the access to the area where the property is located. We were never informed about this gate barrier and faced some difficulties to enter the area. Later the hotel said to call them whenever we need access and they can open it.

A quaint oasis in the center of Yerevan. Great atmosphere and basic amenities covered in a comfortable setting. WiFi wasn’t working for my wife and I in our room. However it did work fine for our kids. Can’t explain it.

Staff members were very kind. The boutique hotel is an unexpected gem for a family visit to Yerevan. (great value for money.) The staff gives you a feeling of family and a homely vibe. Quiet area and the design make you forget you in the capital. The beds could be more comfortable.
