Very comfortable, clean hotel. We were welcomed with a glass of traditional wine. Spa was spotless as well. The staff was very professional.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff, who were too friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, making it feel just like home. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, we did not even want to go to other places to eat?. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, thank you so much.

Very prompt check-in service. Gayane at the front desk was exceptionally helpful—she upgraded our room to one with a lovely balcony overlooking Mount Ararat. She also served us some Armenian wine, which was quite good! Gayane was great with directions and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great staff. Nice being greeted with a glass of local wine. Good breakfast. New and clean facilities. Comfortable beds, including a rollaway bed. Quiet despite being located at a busy intersection. It is about 15-20 min drive to the center but there are a few restaurants and shops near by. The pool closing hour is too early @8pm. Hard to use it after a daylong tourism activity. Should be open till 10pm as in many hotels.

The room was spacious and felt quite clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a small pool to relax in. About a 10-minute walk to the main street. Breakfast was quite basic and limited. The hammam and sauna were not working during our stay, which was disappointing. The shower was also very small and cramped.

Definitely the best hotel that we ever stayed so far. We are traveling for years and Dynasty Hotel was the best until now. A very beautiful hotel! Everything was perfect our favorite part was the spa? The room was very clean and comfortable ?? The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful ?? Especially the girl at the reception was so nice with us ?? When we arrived at the airport our reservation for our car that we rent was cancelled and when we communicate with her she immediately found us a transfer to the hotel! Thank you very much for everything! if we come back to Yerevan again this is definitely the place that we’re going to stay ??

Everywhere was really clean, nice staff, new facilities. Breakfast package for early departure. Low water temperature in the jacuzzi. There was no possibility to rent white sheets for the sauna. There could be more choice at breakfast. A little more expensive restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options, and the room was spotlessly clean and felt incredibly luxurious. The overall ambiance made it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!"
