Hotel For You

Это была моя первая поездка в Армению, и благодаря Тамаре я с первых минут почувствовал себя желанным гостем. Она всегда была очень отзывчивой, помогала с любыми вопросами, подробно рассказывала, куда лучше сходить, где вкусно поесть, что посмотреть в Ереване и как удобнее добраться до нужных мест. Благодаря ее заботе мое пребывание прошло максимально комфортно и спокойно. Номер был чистым и уютным, а атмосфера — по-настоящему домашней. От всей души благодарю Тамару за внимание, доброту и помощь. Если я снова приеду в Ереван, то с большим удовольствием остановлюсь здесь еще раз.

This is a great tiny family run hotel. It is simple but very comfortable and has everything you need, including a really good breakfast. The owner is amazing: she is friendly and helpful. I really recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was nice. The staff is very friendly, and has a very good personality that gives a good atmosphere around. Hotel near Metro station, furnishings in the room. Shared bathroom, shower and toilet bowl at the same spot, not clean. I would recommend reading attentively on booking as some of the rooms have a shared bathroom. Sewage stinks from the bathroom are permanently present.

The breakfast was basic, but it was my expectation that it would be authentic. Would like to have a warm breakfast as an option.

Everything is perfect. Tamara is the best host I have encountered traveling, and I almost live by traveling. She was very kind when I had a problem with my bank card. Very helpful with fixing any problems. Rooms are clean and they have everything you need. The location is perfect. Close to shops, bus stops, metro, etc. I %100 recommend hotel for you to anyone staying in Yerevan.

Good location, good breakfast (only from 9 to 10!), good price, friendly host (Tamara), and nice balcony in first floor. It's recomended for a short stay (2-3 days)

The hotel is very nice and our host, Tamara, was caring well for us. We particularly liked the Armenian Style Breakfast.

We had a lovely stay in Yerevan, thanks to a wonderful host, Tamara, who was so kind and helpful. Hotel just a short trip via metro to the centre of Yerevan. Neighbourhood quiet and we enjoyed the comfort of the hotel.

Super friendly staff, comfortable stay. Our room had a big balcony. We had trouble with another place and we booked this hotel at 1 am and they were super accommodating. Recommend!

Tamara is the best host!:) Really helpful and kind! The hotel is good, just perfect location few minutes from metro and bus stations, there are a lot if cafes, shops and banks there. The room was nice, and the breakfast too. Definitively we will stay only there if we'd go to Yerevan once again. We felt like at home!

What makes this place wonderful is its fantastic manager. Mrs. Tamara does her best to make ur stay a pleasant stay. I stayed there 8 days and felt that I was visiting a family member. I would certainly go there again!

The bad location from the attractions and downtown In the site has been written this room has a mountain and city view but it was in the basement

Located few minutes from an underground station, beautiful Ararat view from the windows. The owner is very nice and hospitable. Highly recommended!

A family hotel, the hotel owner Tamara is very helpful and friendly, the room is large and clean. Delicious breakfasts. Near to the supermarket, five minutes walk to the subway, and two stops to the city center. The hotel does not have an elevator, so elderly and disabled people should check for accessibility

It is not expensive but is it better to add a little bit more money and chose a better hotel. We had a room on the zero floor. It felt like we lived in a cellar. Sound isolation was poor, we heard everything from a hall. A bathroom is also poorly equipped. The most disappointing thing was the absence of duvet covers. It was not hygienic.

I loved this hotel because our host Tamara, she was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had access to a kitchen and microwave so we could for example boil our canned food. We had a small refrigerator that met our needs. Tamara could communicate well with English. I recommend this hotel to all Iranians coming for staff like work. It was also super quiet.
