Friendly and helpful staff The view The autonomy (the place is quite and feels like your own flat) My room didn’t have the bathroom inside, it was across the hall. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly (no sink and shower tub cleaning in 2 weeks)

Very kind and cooperative staffs. My room had a trace and a view to the city. Despite being in a noisy area, it has a very good sound insulation. The are wide variety of shopping around the hotel.

This hotel was great for the price we paid. It was clean, very pleasant and had a convenient location. 7-10 min from the metro. And the most important part - it was super warm to stay in January. The furniture was new, the renovation was decent. We had towels, shampoos, disposable slippers and shower gels. There was a nice balcony with I guess a great view of the mountain but no big chance to see it in winter. The balcony in summer would be really pleasant. It's quite big and cosy with nice chairs and table. The water in shower was hot and had a good pressure. Thank you!

2 bed Room would have been good for 2 person, good facilities We booked for 3 persons. unfortunately, the extra bed in the double room was of very low comfort. The room shouldn't be offered for three persons with this kind of extra bed. Staff tried to help but didn't have a better option unfortunately.

The room is very clean. It's useful that there're a lot of plugs. It's hard to know how to use the washing machine.

This place met my expectations. My room was clean, airconditioned and with a workspace area. Perfect windows isolating traffic noise. Price for value. Renovation works on the same floor. Dust exposure

facilities, room was good equipped, big balcony with a nice view of Yerevan, comfortable bed and tv with internet was not so clean. glasses and dishes were very dirty. also bathroom. no daily cleaning, they didn’t change the sheets. you must ask for new towels, frequent WiFi problems
