My mother and I were travelling together. We got a very spacious room on the 6th floor, which was both clean and comfortable. There was a perfect daily room cleaning. The AC was superb! The view was memorable with the Ararat Mountain in front of us. The shower always worked well and the water was always warm. The breakfast experience was also quite good. The lift worked well and everything was at the level or beyond what we expected. The small lobby on the ground floor had a wine menue, none of which were available during our stay. Also, considering local rates, I keep asking myself if this place was not a bit overpriced. Although the location is very good, it is still a 25-min walk from the city center.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. The hotel itself was comfortable with good service, but the biggest drawback is its location. It’s quite far from downtown, which made getting to the main attractions and restaurants a bit inconvenient. Taxis and rideshares added extra cost and time to every outing. If you’re planning to spend most of your trip in the city center, this may not be the most practical choice. However, if you don’t mind being away from the hustle and prefer a quieter area, the hotel could still be a good option.

Hearing the noise of the street all the time.

The room was very clean, well-lit and it was very practically arranged for the comfort of the guests. I was really happy that there was a lift, because during my search for hotels, many didn't have a lift, which made them unsuitable for people with difficulty using stairs to reach higher floors. The air-conditioner worked well. There was a small table with 2 chairs. Especially I liked the kitchenette with the sink, electric kettle, microwave and dishes. The bathroom had hot water and a good towel dryer. The room was cleaned every day and 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee recharged. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was cozy with good-enough breakfast. The lady working there was very kind. I also really liked the location of the hotel. Many supermarkets, bus stop and a beatiful park were nearby. We would definitely choose this hotel in our next trip to yerevan and I recommend others to choose it without doubt. Really nothing

I strongly suspect that the theft happened while I was at breakfast and the room was unattended. Unfortunately, I only became aware of the missing items once I was back home, otherwise I would have immediately involved the local authorities. As a frequent traveler who has visited many countries, I have never experienced anything like this before. It is extremely disappointing and distressing.
