Nice price, clean room with a/c 1. Location should be quiet but that wasn’t - the drunk company in the garden was celebrating something until 4 am and in spite of requests to keep silence nothing was happened. The Iron Gates was closing with a bang. We couldn’t sleep both nights. 2. Room was very small for two people 3. Taxi cannot to come to the entrance and you should pass 40 meters with the baggage

For me personally, it was very good. The prices were affordable and the communication was great. I arrived late and only realized my phone time was 1 hour behind, so I accidentally overslept after checkout by 1–2 hours. They were very kind about it and never complained about the timing. The reception is open 24/7, so I definitely recommend booking it — you won’t regret it. Also, the bedsheets were clean.

I stayed at Andor Hotel for a week, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was delicious (breakfast was included), the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the facilities and atmosphere made it feel both comfortable and special. It’s also perfectly located. Just steps away from downtown, making it easy to explore everything Yerevan has to offer.

The staff were understanding & helpful, also nice, and spoke in eng. there was space to sit down and work also eat, the facility was 24/7 open. There was a sweat like smell when entering the room, plus I had to wipe the clothes drawer because someone had left a couple of items and it was dusty.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the accommodation was very clean, and the room was spacious. The bed mattress was excellent, and we slept very well after long days of exploring the city. Although the location is not right in the city center, it was still within walking distance, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom.

Emma is a very friendly and welcoming staff, she made me feel at home, so first of all special thanks to her! The facilities are amazing, it's one of my favorite places in town. The only downside is the location for me, it's a bit streched out of the main square. But it's still worth it considering the amazing facility, affordable price and great breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, and affordable place in Yerevan. I’ve stayed here several times, and each visit has been consistently pleasant. The atmosphere is welcoming, the rooms are well-maintained, and it’s a great option if you’re looking for good value without sacrificing comfort. Highly recommended!

Clean and right near the metro stop, restaurants, and a few supermarkets (take note that the supermarkets don’t open until 8:30AM). Property was clean and the dorm rooms come with a large terrace in which you can see an expansive view of the city (and hopefully Mt. Ararat if it’s clear enough). Towels were provided for free, and the WiFi was fast. Rooms and bathrooms were also very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was AC in each room. Each bed came with an outlet and there two other in room outlets not in the beds. Lots of coworking spaces and a full kitchen for guests to use as well. Would recommend!
