Very nice people and the atmosphere is really nice It was too loud, we could heard a group of dogs barking every night. And it was really easy to hear neighbors watching football and talking at night.

Very awesome Breakfast and really friendly staff! Beautiful decoration of the old Buiding. Slightly thin walls, but if you are tired enough, sleeping in the comfortably huge bed is nice!

good location, breakfast was ok, but it lasts only till to 10:30 the room on basement floor is not so comfortable, also there is no iron or a bottle of water

The house itself is beautiful, and I'm sure there are beautiful rooms (if you're lucky enough to get one). The breakfast room is impressive, the breakfast wasn't bad either. Well, I went for the pictures of beautiful rooms. What I got was a hole in the basement. It was clean, but dark, without a view, and spartan. Cool if you're a goth metal freak.

authentic place, tried to convey the spirit of Armenia The website says there is air conditioning in the room. To my request to turn on the air conditioner (it was +28 outside), I was first told that it was not there, then that it was common to the entire villa and would not be turned on. water in the shower is either hot or cold. the shower itself keeps falling off and not attaching to the counter. There is no one to help with the suitcases, the villa has 3 floors, be prepared.

I stayed in the hotel several times before, I like the style of the hotel and the family atmosphere very much. This time, I booked (as always) a double room for one person (and this was confirmed by the hotel). However, they gave me an extremely small one-bed room, and the mattress of the bed does not deserve the name "matress" (you felt the iron parts all night). After the first night, they changed my room and the stay was OK then.

The hospitality on the villa was great. Mina administrator was very kind and helpful. The villa is unique, the photos on booking match the reality. We were staying in the lovely room with fireplace. Will definately visit Armenia and Villa Ayghedzor again. Totally recommend. there was no hairdryer on a villa

It's so amazing place. Really villa. Like ancient one. I felt like it was an old-time movie. 2-floor room. Simple but gorgeous. Big kitchen with a comfy round table. 3 beds - 2 on the 1st floor and other one - on the second under the roof. Amazing. Finished with all natural materials - mostly wood - it creates a comfy feeling. intelligent and kind people gathered around big breakfast table and discuss their experience, travel and life stories with the smiles on their faces.

Nothing, other than antique collection Basement room allocated for 3 adult's..., water seepage from walls... No complementary refreshments, no tea/coffee facilities, no drinking water given, no Television, no plug points near bed, mattress has only springs ?, crimped shower enclosure 2' x 2' only with damaged shutters, taking shower is terrible, colored concrete sofa (bench) has no purpose and no access to sit, no exhaust in toilet, stinky smell inside room all the time, I don't know the basis of 4* rating given to this hotel...

Very beautiful hotel and room. Unique charming atmosphere of an old house. Tasty breakfast and good location in the city. Just a one thing disappointed us strongly. When we arrived after the evening walk, there wasn’t water at all.. so we couldn’t take a shower after the flight and a whole day in a hot city (+38!!). We asked staff, he said that he will ask what happened and return to us, asked the name of our room. Instead of it he just disappeared. We went to ask three times at night but nobody was there.. Hope that it’s a unique and not typical case for such a beautiful and cozy place as Villa Ayghedzor.
