Delicious breakfast and very helpful, welcoming staff. Peaceful and beautiful garden pool. I wish there was more seasonal fruits. Love Armenian apricots but it's nice to have some variety during summer.

It was comfortable and convenient with a beautiful balcony and view! The breakfast was very poor. The place was booked for the convenience of having breakfast in the morning but it was just awful ?

Location is great, near the concert hall. The view from the balcony was worth the money. Nice room, some part are a bit old, but overall great room. I also had an early flight, so staff packed me my breakfast earlier. In the corner on the ceiling there was a spider web and the spider itself, so staff doesn't clean those areas. Be noted that it can be noisy, because of the road.

we enjoyed the breakfast. the hotel is strategically located not far from the Barekamutyun metro station with a park across the gorge. there are several cafes nearby and a supermarket. we liked the pool, it's not too hot there during the day because there is space in the show under the trees. there weren't a lot of people though we visited in the middle of the season, which made our time on the pool calm. our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. also, the staff allowed us to keep our backpack at the hotel for several hours after the checkout. on the morning when we were there, the pool wasn't open on time, 11 am, and we had to wait for 30+ minutes which was a bit disappointing because we stayed specifically for the pool and wanted to spend some time there in the morning before noon when the sun can be dangerous. also, we didn't have anything to hang dry our wet swimming suits. when we asked personnel for help they suggested that we use the balcony but our room on the first floor didn't have a balcony. there's nothing else they suggested to help us so we had to wear wet swimwear.

Breakfast was good, Location was amazing. No Lift, Little expensive, AC was not cooling, No Tea or Coffee. At least a Kettle should be there.

the swimming pool was filled with garbage - its just an eyesore the approach to the hotel is dangerous with no foot path or safe path to walk up from the main road
