We liked everything and recommend everyone to saty here and choose this option for their vacation. We really enjoyed our stay in Forest Hills. A huge appreciation to the owner of the place, Vardan, who made this trip much better by his hospitality, humor and kindness. Definitely will come back here once we are back to Yerevan.

Excellent hosts! They went out of their way to look after us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even looked after our laundry for us. Don't be fooled. The hotel is hidden, off a busy road, and is a little oasis of calm. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and the shower worked great. There are really neat private seating areas, with tables, outside under the trees. They are illuminated at night. A great place to wind down for the evening. The breakfast was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here if I found myself travelling to Yerevan again. A bit difficult to find because the hotel is not visible from the road. A sign out front on the gate or fence would be helpful.

Very quiet night sleeping in brand new big rooms after visiting the noisy center. There is a big garden. The breakfast is excellent with also home-made tea, bread and cookies. The staff (manager, administration and a professional cook) are very helpful and friendly.

The host is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious, and it is very quiet at night. It's a little far from the city center, but it can be solved perfectly by taxi.
