The location, breakfast, Rosa There isn't any private bathroom. I reserved a room with private WC and bathroom

airconditioner worked perfect. although we had shared bathrooms, they were always super clean. when we arrived we scared of the old building but when we opened the door everything has changed

Good value of money. If someone is traveling at summer season budget with expenses . I will recommend this hotel might the best choice. Every thing is their what we required. We Asian we need bidet shower please add on hotel.

We liked the homey vibe of the place as well as Rose the one preparing for our breakfast. She makes our stay in Yerevan memorable. Definitely we will be back soon.

The lady at the reception was svery friendly and open to help. The atmosphere at the property is very similar to your parents' house. Location is great. 15 minutes walking to any main attractions in the center of the city Actually its kind of hostel or guest house with shared toilet and shower despite its been announced as a hotel

Every morning Rosa served excelent breakfast. Location is close to metro station, or if you go by foot 12 minutes to Republic square. everything was ok.

Good property in the centre of the city. Many attractions are in walking distance . The caretaker lady was kind and helpful.
