Location This is my first negative review but I have to write it... We booked a family suite with 4 single beds, one double bed, a balcony and a view of the city. We were given another room on the spot that said DELUXE, that was previously probably used as a spa - the room with two single beds had a sauna in the next door and the beds stayed like on a covered pool. The living area had a double bed (looked like in the whirlpool area), there was no balcony, not even a window!!! Dark, smelly and kind of dirty (used tissueas behing the bed... ) There were only two duvets in the room, the other two were in the wardrobe and we had to put the sheets on by ourselves (I'd rather not even comment on the appearance of the duvets). The whole room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom smelled of smelly waste. After the first night I wanted to change the room for the room that I booked, but we were told to come to the hotel at 2pm and they would change the room for us, but this was not convenient because we had sightseeing in Yerevan planned for the whole day. To do the change of the rooms in the morning was not possible so we had to stay in the room also for the second night in the end. The second night was terribly noisy, everything was heard from the corridor, the sound of the mobile phone, every word and the guests were talking, smiling, partying like that until 1 am. None of the staff cared about the night's peace. Breakfast was very poor, sausage, eggs and jam. The second breakfast we didn't get at all however I kindly asked for the package because of an early flight. They confirmed that we get a package instead of breakfast but the packages were nowere prepared. The overall impression of the hotel was terrible, it was impossible to sleep because of the noise of the guests and the smell of cigarettes.

Good location, large room and bathroom. Somewhat rundown, but I could see that some rooms are newly renovated (top floor) we chose a room with balcony that was not renovated. Good place to crash for a day or two - fair price.

was near the city centre with groceries nearby. the roof of the Yerevan church can be seen outside the window. 5mins walk to the nearest metro station. quiet at night and the staff was helpful and friendly should provide bottled drinking water

The staff is very accommodating especially the manager/boss, he's helpful and want fairness. They serve breakfast on or before time and everyday housekeeping. Quality service for an affordable price. Highly recommended.

they are very helpful the bed is hard to sleep. for the shower room they provide us a bath tub which is when you are using it is unstable wifi is very weak the room is not soundproof for 2nights they only give 1 towel and thats it

Location and room design Room floor was very dirty, dust everywhere, lights not working in many places, dark room, small dirty covered windows, old conditioner, door broken, walls are very thin - u can hear every step of the neighbours

we don't have any breakfast and location is not bad everything could have been better than before because in this hotel all thing is awful

When we arrived they said there is a problem with the room and they took us to another hotel near by for the first day of our stay. They said the other hotel is actually more expensive and it was (we checked on booking.com) but it wasn't good at all compare to our hotel. and when we came back tomorrow we had to wait for more than an hour in the lobby so they clean our room and we found out the problem was that they were over booked. This and a few other things were inconvenience for us.
