I love the location, staff, price and quiet of the hotel. This was my second time staying and I would do so again. The shower nozzles were not opening all the way and water went down the drain a bit slowly.

Incredibly nice hosts, very welcoming and helpful. They gave me delicious apricots for free and were very attentive.

Accomodation is very nice, beds are comfortable, rooms spacious enough. Staff (owners) are very kind and hospitable. Location is decent, you reach central location within 10-20min walk (depending on your pace :) ). No negative impressions.

The couple who run the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. Alisa speaks very good English and Artur got up early one morning to help us get a taxi to the airport.

I had a delightful stay at Arm Hotel in Yerevan. The property was immaculately clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities, and boasted a charming, spacious common veranda along with a convenient common kitchen. Being a family-run establishment, the warmth and hospitality of the owners truly made my stay memorable. They were exceptionally kind and always ready to lend a helping hand, making the atmosphere incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The location of the hotel was secure and decent. My overall experience was pleasant. Only the size of the single bed provided was a tad restrictive, but this didn't impact my comfort during the stay. Also the distance to nearby supermarkets, shops, and attractions was a bit more than I anticipated, but all within a reasonable walking distance.

When you're placed at the frontmost room in the ground floor, you can hear almost everything that's going on outside (mostly quiet though). And IF another guest forgot their front door keys and proceeds loudly banging on the door, you'll definitely hear that too (this happened ONE time at 3AM).

If you haven't local phone number, nobody meets you. Host never in the property, you should call and wait. We had a problem with a/c in the room and called to host about it, but he didn't come and fix it. We asked to refund money and moved in another hotel. It was very uncomfortable?

The balcony was nice. There was a smell of cigarettes in the bathroom.

Welcome reception, big room, a personal yard with a place for cooking on fiire. The smell of cigarettes in the lobby. No places to eat around. There is no even tea in the personal kitchen and there are no places to eat around so if you check in the late evening, you have to order a delivery via local apps. Receipt was accepted and approved by the company in Russia.

The most comfortable room I had in Yerevan during my stay! (I’ve changed 3 places). Bathroom, windows an terrace make it fell like home!
