A very nice hotel in a very nice location with fantastic and very helpful staff. Special thanks to Emma and Hrach for their help, guidance and being so welcoming. Will definitely book again whenever in Yerevan.

Despite the missing amenity, the staff truly made my stay special. Upon returning to my room, I was surprised with a delicious birthday cake! This unexpected gesture really made my day and showed that the staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Overall, I would recommend Konyak Hotel to others, especially those looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay. Just be aware that bathtubs may not be available in all rooms. Thanks to Irina and the rest of the team for making my birthday stay so memorable!

The front desk staff were all very nice, particularly Emma, who did her best to solve a problem we had upon check-out. The pool area was great to hang out and to cool off in the water in the 100* heat ! Breakfast had a lot of choices... not the best food we've ever had, but good to get you going for the day. Our room was quite spacious, and had a nice view of the pool, and the bed was actually very comfortable! This place seems like it is designed to be 4 stars, and the staff try their best, but the place just can't live up to it. Everything looks nice, but under the surface there are problems. The cleanliness of our carpet and some areas of the bathroom floor was really lacking, and I'm not overly picky. I took a photo of all the things I picked up off our carpeted floor (after I stepped on them while walking barefoot), most of which could easily have been cleaned with a vacuum, but when I asked if we could just have housekeeping vacuum the first afternoon, a woman showed up with a mop instead, and because of the language barrier and carpet she just couldn't see the mess, so I said "forget it." The toilet kept having problems flushing, but seemed to work as long as you wait 1 hour or so between flushes, so by the time maintenance came, of course everything worked fine. The chairs on our balcony had cushions, but when I sat on one and felt a little unsupported, I pulled it up to realize the seat of the wicker chair was non-existent! AC also didn't work great. Lastly, we had arranged and prepaid for an airport transfer for 2:30AM for our early flight, and it never showed up. While Emma tried her best to fix it and eventually, with the help of the doorman, got us another taxi, we were totally stressed out and left 30 min later than planned, so we only got checked in 15 min before airline cut-off time. The hotel needs a better system in place for when things go wrong, rather than leaving the young girl at the desk scrambling to figure it out. She had no contact info for the transport, and while she did refund me in cash, we were leaving and wouldn't have time to exchange it for our currency, but I couldn't even get a credit card refund because the manager would've needed to do that. (They did offer after the fact, but asked me to send CC info through booking.com, not a secure system so I ate the cost.

Rooms and bathroom were spacious, beds comfortable. Reception open 24/7 which is practical for night flights' arrival. Parking not always available.

Bed was comfortable. Pool area was nice for sunbathing. Short story - rude staff member drove me to the airport, sped, almost caused a crash, and left with out saying a good-bye and slamming doors. Pretty sour ending to a good holiday. I didn't care as it was a cheap taxi, but maybe keep this in mind of you're a younger man or a female traveller. There was no requirement for that rudeness.

The staff was amazing! The room spacious, Breakfast tasty and diverse. Beds are very comfortable. Great pool and the lobby is cosy.
