La Casa boutique hotel is providing the options of stars hotels with the reasonable costs and fees, also it has the soul of Armenia its wealthy history with itself because it has a magnificent view of ✝️Mother Armenia✝️ in it's balcony and it's very inspiring and spiritual. I will recommend it to authors and artists. It is very cozy and friendly place and the owner and people here are very cool and peaceful.

Fantastic daily menu breakfast type buffet. Maryam and Nbard were helpful all the time. The place is quiet and offer a nice panoramic view to the city in the terrace. Take the bus 27 or 77 to reach city center and viceversa The air conditioner did not refrigerate properly.

The staff at La Casa Hotel Yerevan in Yerevan were very nice and able to communicate in English, which was helpful. Additionally, I apparently received a free upgrade on arrival since the room I booked was unavailable. The room was also well-equipped, featuring a fridge and kettle, and the bathroom was nice, and of a great size. The hotel is not located very close to the city center or some of the main attractions in Yerevan. The room's arrangement also seemed a bit odd to me, with the door leading directly to the road, no fence, privacy only kept by a curtain.

The staff is more then hospitable. Everything is modern. Nice price. Few tech troubles (maybe because of low season).

The location is really nice, a bit away from the busy road. It’s not in the centre but we never took a bus/taxi and explored the city by walking. The staff is absolutely welcoming, supportive and easy to talk to. The room was equipped with everything we needed during our stay and had a nice design and a huge bed, which was more than enough for us two. The breakfast was pretty good, we were full each day :) There was a bathroom near our room, which was used by guests, who did not have a bathroom in their room and it was pretty loud at times.

We booked the 2-bedroom apartment for 2 family members. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The air conditioning worked VERY well and kept the room very cool. There was no smell of cigarettes inside the room, which was extremely important to me, as I have found that most "non-smoking" establishments in Yerevan still smell like cigarettes. There was a lovely balcony (shared among a few other rooms on the same floor) overlooking the city with comfortable seating arrangements. Even though we had a private bathroom in the "apartment," there was also a shared bathroom available in the hallway. This was definitely not an apartment. It was simply 2 hotel rooms connected together. The main entrance to the "apartment" was through one of the bedrooms, meaning the person in the 2nd bedroom had to walk through the 1st bedroom upon entering the "apartment," The bathroom was located in the 2nd bedroom, meaning the person in the 1st bedroom had to enter the 2nd bedroom in order to use the bathroom. There is no living space or hallway or kitchen as one would expect with an apartment. Each room had 2 single beds connected together, a wardrobe for storing clothes, a mini refrigerator, and not much else. There is not even a desk or a chair in each room. Since the 2 beds took up much of the space in each room, there was no room for much else other than to walk around the bed setup. The bathroom was quite small and the toilet wasn't exactly sparkling clean. The hotel is located on an extremely narrow street with no access to sidewalks, making it hard to reach the hotel or leave the hotel by foot (although taxis are available and cheap).

Nice location close to the center. It will take you 15-20 min to walk. Great that there is facilities in the room like a fridge and a cooker (for cofee or tea) There is no staff avaliable at the hotel even though it says that the reception is open 24/7. Only after 9:30 to arround 11:30 which is very frustrating if you need help to go somewhere early in the morning for exsample call a taxi- You find someone and then again in the afternoon from 15 until maybe 18?? Point is its hard to find someone from the staff. Another thing is that no one from the staff are really able to speak english. When I arrived I wanted to pay for my stay with my card, but they told me its not possible and I had to pay by cash instead even though its not what it says on the webside. It makes you feel uncomfterble as s guest. First two days after arrival the issue was “solved”. And I could finally pay for me stay i thought.. The breakfast is bad, only derved from 9:30-11.. It taste bad - I had it only for 3 days then turned to the supermarket instead. For 3 whole days the staff didnt clean my room and its very upsetting since you pay for the stay. When its was cleaned we are talking the very very bear minimum. Sometimes the floor wasent even washed. I had to ask myself for shower facilities everytime -since it was not giving to me after cleaning of the room. The worst part is that the manager “forgot” to make me pay the full amount of my stay the first time I had to pay for it - and I was requested to pay again even though SHE made the mistake of not making me pay the whole amount at the same time. Just a horrible experience when no one expect the manager, who wasent there spoke english, so everything had to be solved by phone. In total just very very uncomfterble place for turist who speaks english. I will not recommend it for non-russian speakers.
