The location only The stuff is not friendly at all also the rate of the night is too high for this hotel it’s should be 2 star very old noisy they don’t answer the phone at all also we pick the luggage only one staff for all no room service I choose a room and they confirmed it but I received different room

Could've been a great hotel on paper, but unfortunately didn't meet expectations. Facilities are quite ran down, not soundproof whatsoever (was impossible to sleep without earplugs), slow reaction to requests and value for money is definitely not there.

the location was very good I have booked a room with a king bed, when I have arrived at the hotel the front desk told me they don’t have any available room with king size bed, they offered me a room with 3 single beds, saying that’s the only room available, definitely didn’t enjoy my stay

In the very center, big rooms and bed. The hotel is slightly old fashioned.

Nothing to like The room provided was totally different from the one I booked. The hotel refused to refund 150$ I paid. I didn’t stay.

Hotel with an excellent location. The room had a huge and very comfortable bed, and the room itself was spacious. An unexpected and very pleasant bonus was the spa center with a pool and sauna, which was included in the stay. The staff helped us with all our questions: they allowed us to leave our luggage on the day of departure, were ready to help with printing documents, and let us extend the check-out by an hour because of a work situation. —

Location (5 minutes walk to Republic Square) and polite and helpful staff. Absence of a restaurant except for breakfast, absence of room service, unkept entrance area, fixtures in the rooms need much overdue upgrade.
