It is in a very nice location near to a lake that is good for walking and/or jogging.

The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around the city. The minibar and refrigerator were completely empty. In most hotels, guests expect to find a selection of snacks, soft drinks, juices, and bottled water in the room, along with a price list. Having these items available would improve the overall guest experience.

I am very dissatisfied. No one helped me with my luggage, even though I asked. Inattentive staff. They don't know English at all. During meals, the table is never free and you have to wait. There are lessons for children from other hotels, not from this hotel, at the pool, which is completely unacceptable. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was to use the pool after a tiring day. At that time, there is a swimming lesson in the pool with lots of children. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel.

great location next to the futian 1, and less than 2 minutes walk from a mall including a supermarket and lots of restaurants. The hotel was very clean with nice odor, the room was very spacious, very clean and nice odor. The breakfast was great with a good selection of non-Chinese dishes like eggs station, bacon, sausages, red beans, 1 cheese plater, cold cuts, salad bar, cereal, fruits, peanut butter, jam, pastries, and of course the hot and cold beverages. Tentative and very polite staff during the breakfast time monitoring every move to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for all the quests. Extremely swift checkout time which took only few seconds. Nothing. no complaints except for one very miner issue, since there was only one cheese platter on the breakfast buffet, it got emptied real quick, so it took relatively a long time to replace it. It would have been better to prepare one spare full platter in the kitchen ready to be served immediately.

The staff is friendly. The hotel is right in front of the Yiwu Market. Room is nice and spacious. Internet doesn’t work. The A/C doesn’t cool enough. Only until 23celcius. If you like the room more cold like me, this is a problem.

The staff was amazing, I was visiting to check out Yiwu international market. On my last day I realized there is coffee grown in China, being a big coffee drinker I had to get my hands on it. I went around town looking for it and I wasn’t able to find any. Until I spoke to Jeffery, I asked him if he could help me and man he did. I was able to get around 2 KG of it, he was amazing he searched around and helped me order them. I’m very happy with the facility as well, breakfast was good. Room service pizza is a bit different, super cheesy but so good. I’m very glad I stay here The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the bathtub in the middle of the room. Found that weird

Breakfast was good. We enjoyed it They could add more Western breakfast items to the menu. this would help with guests staying long-term.

They did a free upgrade for me Rooms mostly located on high floors and view is amazing Stuff is very friendly and helpful SPA was not working when I went there

First i want to thank the hotel for the speedy delivery of my Laundry to Shanghai,.which i had left behind. The room layout, cleanliness , softness of decor, ligthning and the bed was.100%. Amaizingly beautiful. I wish.there was a remote control in the room to adjust the cold in the middle of the night. The Ac system is controlled from a wall socket and that disturbed my sleep whenever i wanted to increase or reduce the cold. Breakfast had alot of varieties but for some reason wasnt tasty as i expected. i love chinese cuisine,： delicious and nutritious...but the taste here didnt go too well for me. Perhaps its because i am used to dining in reataurants...

No thing They are cheater and very dirty place i asked for massage they sent me a bad girl searching for sex and not know anything about the massage never and they took the money from me , property is very dirty and unprofessional
