Air-conditioning couldn't heat, so it was little cold

The breakfast had a great variety, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The proximity to Yiwu International Trade Market was perfect! Nothing

i’m a muslim and the breakfast didn’t even have halal food .

Location is good but this hotel has gone downhill in recent years in every other aspect. Rooms tired, breakfast poor, staff service poor. Beware - It's not a Best Western hotel anymore even though they still trade on that name. Staff entered our room before checkout time whilst we were out to remake it for next guests ignoring our belongings still in the room. Didn't bother to contact us. When we complained to the manager very little apology and just offered us a free coffee!

I have been staying there for many years. The rooms are starting to feel a little run-down and old.

PRE CAUCTION for everyone. They provide a small pack treasure box for a customer. Which make you feel as a complementary but when u open it they charge you at checkout.

Really it was a nice experience, cozy rooms and amenities. Superb breakfast suitable for foreigners , excellent location - very near to Yiwu market.

Not much Most things

The room had small ants and other bugs,which suggests a need for deeper cleaning and regular pest control maintenance. Additionally,the bathroom door was difficult to close.

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the wholesale market. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable, soundproof, and had excellent air conditioning on a hot summer's day. The selection offered in the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The ability to do your own laundry is very convenient. The place is perhaps starting to show its age, but I think complaints of this are exaggerated. The coffee at breakfast was fine but not spectacular.

The location is convenient—right next to Futian District 2, which has a great selection of shops for bags and electronics. The bed was also quite comfortable and good. The hotel is clearly aging and in need of better maintenance—especially for a place rated 4 stars. The bathroom door was in poor condition, the TV was outdated and barely functional, and the furniture looked very old. Also, while the location is inside the Futian market, reaching local shops and restaurants requires at least a 15-minute walk, or you’ll need to use a bike or taxi for quicker access. My advice: If your only reason for staying is to visit the Futian market (which closes daily at 5 PM), and you don’t mind the distance from restaurants and other sights, then this hotel could still be a suitable choice.
