Unbelievable pool. Worth the stay alone.

This place is like a little slice of heaven. In a busy city, you truly feel like you're getting away from it all. The greenery and gardens are lovely, and we enjoyed everything about the property. My sister and I took deep sighs and felt our heart rates drop the minute we stepped onto the large, elegant grounds. The pool is wonderful, though it does get quite crowded on weekends. Even so, don't miss the temple-themed waterslide — it's so much fun. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. When I pointed out that the room I'd been given did not match the Booking.com listing, they went out of their way to find me a new room, effectively giving us an upgrade. They were incredibly kind about the whole situation. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The complimentary photo shoot was a fun added bonus—the first time I've ever encountered that at a hotel! Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent—sometimes the room was immaculate; other times, towels were left on the floor or not replaced. The hotel also has a resort feel, which is great if you're looking to leave the hubbub of Yogyakarta behind. That said, it also means you're a bit farther from restaurants and other attractions than you would be if you picked a central city hotlel.

The variation and taste on the breakfast's menu were a little bit below expectation; therefore, it feels a bit pricey.

Outdoor Facilities are excellent, even though old hotel but still comfortable specially for heritage style. The chef Mr. Sugeng so friendly and have good as chef, he made excellent dessert I think new menu, but I am forgot the name of the dessert. I love the area jogging track, and angkringan area in the night, so peaceful. Will come again and again ...hopefully keep the reasonable price, and I will bring all my family holiday to Hyatt Regency hmmm..I think have to give attention about the pillows, have to re new it, some of them smell not good even though already changed the covers, that was my experience. Some of them already old and really smell awful.

I love it all, the pool was nice, even with the extra leaves from the tree above the pool.. the pool guard were helpfull, when a frog accidentally fell to the pool and frightened my daughter, he immediately catched the frog. and we love all the slides, beautifull!!. the breakfast was delicious and hearty, love it so much, we were also had dinner there too, different meals but taste as delicious, thanks! the room was spacious and clean, so comfortable, and of course there are many to do here, especially for kids, there are many traditional games that throw me back to my childhood and made my daughter curious enough to played it, we love it here and for sure we will come back! none

Romantic dinner, Sunday brunch, picnic breakfast. The politeness of the staff, everyone from the reception, to the wait staff, cooks behind the line, the house keeping staff all the way to the photo staff. Everyone was attentive and we're going above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable. The Host Peni was the name to stand out. Well, I don't know why, but the internet was going on and off constantly. Even at night when it should be ok. I liked the fact they had coverage on the internet on every part of the hotel, but unstable.

Loved our stay here during our trip to Jogja. Its such a great property and was the perfect place to relax and unwind after trips and activities during the day. Not much to complain about.

Best hotel in the world, staff are great and the room cleaners are amazing Would be good to see the manager greeting guests every now and then

A lot of rooms are still under renovation, so we had to upgrade for a modern one.

What I like most of all is stuff - super friendly and supportive. Food was great, for any taste.
