The stuff was nice and friendly Actually the room very small and there is no water in the room and it was many things are broken in the room also there is a strange noise coming from the bathroom all the night

Close to the airport. The food from the A La Carte menu at the restaurant was the worse we’ve had in Indonesia in over a year. The presentation and taste was that of microwave food. Totally unacceptable for a 3-star international hotel chain. The “Margarita” pizza - in the photo, looked like it was prepared by a 5 year old & nothing close to a Margarita pizza. This was just one of 5 disappointing dishes. One of which was sent back because it was basically a chunk of stewed beef in a bun, no salad or sauce and called a “Giant Beef Burger”. In hopes of better food we went to the sister hotel next door - Novotel, and had the same experience. A “Chicken baguette Sandwich” which was two small slices of a loaf with about a tablespoon of chicken mixed with mayonnaise. The “bread” served with the pasta was a mix of broken pieces which most likely was left from the breakfast.

The bfast were good. Lots of variety n taste nice. The staff are very helpful n friendly. Free airport transfer was great. The rooms are very small. Realy hard to pack n unpack n arrange our luggage. The floor was not clean properly. I can fell it when I'm not using the sandal given. Too basic for the price.
