Nice hotel with buffet breakfast and gym. Facilities were good and staff were friendly.

Room was not ready for us at 4 PM, although the website said checked in at 3 PM. We were put in older rooms (haven't been updated yet), which was a bit let down.

Excellent service from Reception & cleaning staff. Pool was wonderful - very big, and clean Room was great. Spacious and comfortable, and it had my two favorite things in a hotel - a bathtub and a really good refrigerator, with a small freezer even. Ample coffee & tea supplies, big windows, nice bathroom amenities How can a hotel not have ANY outlets by the bed, or even near it, for guests?!? On either side! There was only one outlet on each side for the bedside lamps. Fortunately I brought an extension cord, so I unplugged the lamp and plugged that and my various devices into it. It was unexpected and strange, and would have been inconvenient if I hadn’t had an extension cord

Hospitality and staff are very helpful. They help us at any needs such as cutting fruit, borrowing plates and give additional towel. Kimaya Hotel was upgrading our room to Executive Room for free!

The Kimaya has all the necessary facilities - pool, bar and restaurant and is a quite modern building. The food was very good and the bar was adequate but expensive. It represented good value at the time of booking and was adequate for our needs. While we booked a premium room (read balcony) the bathroom was small with a shower over the bath which was awkward and the water leaked onto the floor. The location wasn't great and in retrospect we should have done better research.
