The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety that changed daily and caters more to Asian tastes. The continental selection could be improved slightly. The location, however, is exceptional and very convenient. We stayed in the family suite. The coffee machine wasn’t working, and although there were many cabinets, they were all empty—no plates or utensils were provided. Basic items like trash bags should at least be included. Overall, the functionality of the shared spaces in the family suite feels unclear.

This was a fabulous hotel in Yogya. Well located, exceptionally clean and quiet even though our room overlooked a school yard. The staff were outstanding, very welcoming and offering help if needed. Lovely pool and views on the rooftop. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent shower in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again. The only small thing is that the two pillows provided were both very hard. One fluffier/softer one would have been nice.

Good location I had to put my creditcard number to reserve but once we arrive we still have to pay which is ridiculous. Booked the same way for Mercure and the could charge immediately from the used creditcard.

The staffs are wonderful…Especially Dylla at the restaurant. She gave us an excellent service. She goes above and beyond and told us what other menu that’s available outside the restaurant. Thank you, Dylla ??
