buffet food selection is a bit limited.

Convenience to airport. Comfort of room. Modern hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. The sunset was spectacular. There was an excellent band playing music (we felt sorry for them that we were the only guests there). The restaurant was out of several things on the menu. There was a large earthquake - 6.4 - at 1 am that was very scary (obviously no fault of the hotel).

Location The property is new and very clean and in good working order but it does not live up to its potential. It is suitable but very average. Pool deck was very slippery when wet; be careful!!

Excellent value for the money you pay. Free shuttle to the airport. Very profesional staff. Swimming pool. Massages. Good restaurant. All was good.

Very clean spacious room with very large extremely comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast options for westerners. No fridge in room just display cabinet .. came late so didn’t use the pool and was closed for a function but seemed mostly under covered .

Property was excellent value for money and ideal location to airport. At the time of our stay there were not many guests so we opted to eat out instead.

Breakfast' buffet was so delicious. Restaurant staff are friendly. Overall service is excellent. Room is so clean. Will be back again definitely. Keep it up! :)

The staff service was exceptional. Made a comment that it's our honeymoon and the staff made an effort to make a new welcome sign on the mirror, and the swan was the best we seen around. Room ambience was great and very clean too, our room have good view of the airplane taking off too! Bed was extremely comfy with bolsters! Our hair dryer stop working halfway, and they were quick to resolve it Swimming pool closed for renovations sadly, and hot water bath is warm not hot enough

FANTASTIC ! form the staff to food , one of the best and value for money beef ribs i ever had, Overall i had a very good experience well done ,I'm sure i will come back when ever i visit Jogja but the restaurant need to improve on the cleanest i just randomly pick a table a back and its a little bit dirty.

The bed and shower were phenomenal. The room was quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was good with a million options. The staff were happy and helpful. Grateful for the shuttle to the airport. Super fancy hotel. Gorgeous interior. N/A

Beds are huge and comfy with the comfiest pillows! Room decor and design feels luxurious and lush. There’s a shllow kid’s pool with a waterfall that they loved to play with. Shuttle to and from the airport is great - free of charge, clean, friendly, efficient. It is very annoying that the recoetion did not follow our request to open our credit card so that we could sign for our room service during our stay and pay the total at check-out. Towels arent soft or fluffy. Breakfast - not real butter, no cheese.

I like it very much, everything is perfect. Located right in front of YIA, the hotel offers free shuttle bus to the airport every half and hour which is very convenient. Top tier service, cleanliness, choices of food, and staff friendliness. Wish i could stay one more night at the hotel.

The room is even bigger than I thought, comfy and luxurious. Breakfast has all types of options and especially the unique Indonesian style food. Location is good, 10min drive to airport. All good, besides the shower light is somehow nearby the main entrance. lol
