The pool and the view on the rooftop - The cleanliness, the bedside table was filthy with leftover food stuck on it. The coffee stirrer in the bedroom was dirty, I used it once and when I came back after my room was cleaned I noticed that they just put it back without washing it. - It’s far from downtown, 20 min drive. - The food wasn’t exceptional. We tried pasta bolognese, they added some sweet sauce inside.

The bed and ambience in the room is pretty comfortable ??✨, and the facility of the gym and pool are also great! The bidet in the bathroom keeps leaking when need to be used :'). And I don't know how to turn off all the lights cause there just no switch for the main lamps, but that's still ok ??

Location is good and room also clean The facility of disabilities is poor specially pool area difficult to access. And restaurant staff is not helpful for elderly or disability person.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but our recent stay at Satoria Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment me and my wife arrived until the day we checked out, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The first thing we noticed was how well-maintained and clean everything was. From the lobby to the elevators, hallways, every area had a sense of freshness. The subtle air fresheners placed around the property added a welcoming touch, making the entire atmosphere feel bright, cozy, and cared for. The staff deserve a very special mention. Every single person we encountered, from the reception team to the cleaning crew, greeted us with genuine smiles and warmth. It’s rare to see such consistency in service. A special thank you goes to Jeffrey, who stood out with his friendliness and constant warm greetings. His kindness and energy left such a positive impression on us and made our stay feel even more personal and memorable. The reception staff were always attentive and ready to help, never failing to greet us with a warm smile whenever we passed by. The cleaning crew team also impressed us—not only with their efficiency in keeping the room spotless, but also with their cheerful and welcoming attitude every time we met them in the hallways. Even down at the garage, the staff were eager to assist. What really amazed us was the consistency. It wasn’t just one or two people who made an effort—it was the entire team, across every department, and that says a lot about how well the management is running the hotel. It’s clear that the leadership has instilled a strong culture of hospitality and attention to detail, and it shows in every corner of the property. Me and my wife loved our stay here. It was not just a comfortable hotel experience but one that left us feeling genuinely valued and welcomed. We left with nothing but happy memories and are already looking forward to returning.

The location and room size. Since we went in xmas school holiday, they offered some kids activities. The taste of food from breakfast menu.

The rooftop pool and bar was great, fantastic views, clean pool and gym. The staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for eggs benedict at the breakfast buffet and the chef was more than happy to make it for us. Very yummy and impressive how the chef was willing to show the staff and hotel genuinely care about the guests. We will definitely stay again. Thankyou.

Maybe the parking space. There should be difference between hotel guest space and the bar/resto guest. Once we were go out at night and when we came back we got no parking space, as we're stayed at the hotel and not bar/resto visitor. Hopefully in the future there's some improvements.
