Great hotel, confortable rooms, great value and above all excellent breakfast offering a taste of javanese specialties

Location was good. Breakfast was large buffet with western and eastern options. Lots of local desserts. Location was good, but far from tourist sights like Borobudur and the airport. Staff was very friendly and attentive, and helped with the refrigerator when we checked in. They have a place to hold medication that needs to be cooled at a specific temperature. Seeing security was also a comforting sign. Pool was surprisingly cold! Even though it was hot outside, in the shade the pool is pretty chilly. We were also surprised that the pool closes early, but the temperature may have something to do with it.

Noisy room 601, but very helpful staff change it to a quit room. I advise the hotel Manager sleeps a night in 601.

The location is convenient with complete facilities. The breakfast is also delicious and satisfying. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

The staff was very welcoming and polite. Everyone working there was always smiling and respectful. Room problems. I had a room with no soundproofing above the bussiest street. My bed felt like it was in middle of a motorcycle race. Cops whistling. Cars beeping. It was all a foot away. They couldn't change the room. I lost the one night to 4 hours of sleep. Finally they moved me to a room next day, but the TV remote didn't work. Couldn't watch TV. A technician needed to come fix it. That took a while and I had to go to dinner and told them it's okay to let him in so it's fixed when I get back. They didn't. Had to lose another 15 minutes to that again. Just little (big in case of noise and TV) things that for two nights stay really was a hassle in the small amount of time I had.

staff were kind in everywhere. clean & valuable service. breakfast was one of the best what we could enjoy various selections of Indonesian dishes. location is not in crowded area but ok for us to find pizzaria within walking distance. The 1st floor cafe shop was nice to relax a bit only one ..we had lunch in the 1st floor cafe . Italian meal need some improvement

I booked one Twin Deluxe room with breakfast for three people, and an extra bed was provided for my 15-year-old child. Even with the extra bed, the room still felt spacious and not cramped. The breakfast menu was quite varied, although it seemed that the options on the first and third day were the same. It would be great if the hotel could modify the breakfast menu so that it differs each day and offers more variety. The variation of breakfast menus

Wonderful staff. Everything was spotless. Beautiful property. Amazing view of the volcano from my room. Food needs improvement. The nearby mosque woke me up at all times of the night. Not really a walkable neighborhood. Wifi was spotty and weak most of the time.

EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!!! Everybody was extremely nice and went above and beyond to address any concerns. So refreshing to receive good service by ALL the wonderful staff compared to USA. We travel the world and have status with multiple hotel brands but I would stay nowhere but the Hotel Manohara in Yogyakarta ! Great breakfast in the morning, recommend. Good WiFi, clean, quiet. Great gym on top floor. Thank you Mr. Joko specifically for help with train ticket. No issues.

Long Infinity rooftop swimming pool: The chef at breakfast prepared a hot cooked vegan meal for me with no sugar. You need to ask for a special request though because most everything except raw fruits and vegetables has meat or lots of sugan. Few cooked vegan options... Cooler in room had to be replaced. Water is served in plastics at room temperature.
