Just a heads-up that the hotel elevator is quite small and suffers from poor ventilation. It can feel a bit cramped and stuffy, especially if you're carrying luggage or riding with other guests.

It's very quiet and clean. The food was very good and very affordable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel also accommodated my decision to actually arrive two days later than my booking because of a cancelled flight (due to a typhoon) that I had to reschedule The hotel wifi was very unreliable. But I think it's also a dead spot for data signal, because both my own mobile wifi device and my phone had a hard time keeping its connection; they always had 2 bars or less, and mostly no bars.

I originally planned to stay only 3 nights, but I ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of how comfortable and pleasant it was. The bed was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless as well. The staff are amazing—from the security team to the reception and the housekeeping staff—everyone was kind and helpful. One small area for improvement is the shower: there’s a little bit of rust on the showerhead and the curtain could be refreshed. If that’s fixed, everything would be absolutely perfect.

Staff—they are all lovely. We requested an iron, hairdryer, and so on. Everything was providededietly without extra charges. i think the staff were really lovely however cleanliness could have been better. the curtain in the bathroom has not been washed, there are molds overall. the showerhead is also very dirty. pls clean it.

Centrally located with many eating places around. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The drainage was blocked and it was fixed immediately. Bed is comfy. The wifi connection is weak and sometimes lost. The towel needs to be changed to new ones I think.

Its location is near to 2 universities. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Two convenient stores are just around the corner. A standard business hotel which has a good value for money. The bathroom setting is standard, but the sink is a little clogged. It is hard to keep the bathroom floor dry with the half-open shower setting. The window blind inside the shower section is a little moldy. The picture of the hotel outlook is a little romantically unrealistic after being photoshopped, but it doesn't matter.

Very good location, clean, quiet, and proper amenities. The entrance area looks dated and shabby and needs refreshing. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, but they don't look too enthusiastic about their jobs.
