This is our second time. The service is great, although they have minimum option on breakfast. The staff are helpful including taking your online order to the room. You can WhatsApp chat the hotel.

View From My Room, The Staff who handle my checked out, Good Air Conditioning,Good Water Heater. Front Desk Agent who handle my check in has no hospitality at all and a little bit rude i guess? Check in at 11.00 PM i am asking to saw the room but he didn't let me and only show the room's picture and then he said "it's such a basic POP standart have you ever stayed at POP? " And then i am asked for the high floor room,he only said "it's the only room left"... When i came inside the room, there's a little crimbs inside the bathroom which surrounded by so many ants. The trash bin inside the Bathroom is very dirty, we only got 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 pcs soap for the amenities... There is no telephone inside the room #307 ... So if you needs any further assistance you have to go downstairs and asking for help... I think the guest will never complaining about amenities, facilities, and many more if they are welcomed and explained very well about the standart, rules and regulations,etc upon arrival, right?
