Dated. Wall papers were ripped in my room. Bathroom floor tile grouts were molding. Facility was really old and no being updated
-
Beautiful views Some areas seemed dated - staining on carpets in hallways and paint missing on doors.

More language friendly with international guests that speak English. We had a problem with one staff at the front desk that didn’t speak English fluently and booked us a massage incorrectly. Also, we tried to confirm a bus ticket and another staff understood that we wanted more tickets. Not a serious problem but could be much better if staff speaks English better. Staff was kind and helpful with us, in general.

Variety of restaurants multiple pools and easy beach access Did not have fitness center. Some shops and restaurants were closed during my stay. It was further away from popular places but that’s not the hotel’s fault I should have done more research

Staff was really nice, rooms were clean and comfy, and some amazing views when the weather cleared up. Not much, had everything I needed except an ATM.
-
Loved the view, the cleanliness, the pool, the beach, the room. Nicest hotel I’ve ever been in! Just wonderful! Ate lunch at the restaurant closest to check in. Got the pizza with sausage. I got food poisoning from it- sick for 8 hours!
-
It was far from activities. You had to pay extra for snorkeling and equipment on the property
-
The location was wonderful, beach and snorkeling right out front. Huge room with lovely balcony. We had the buffet every night which was delicious and great value for money. The staff were helpful and kind. Nothing.

-Beautiful location and facilities -Amazing buffet breakfast and lunch -(If choose breakfast included) can change for lunch -On bus limousine line (one of 5 hotels)- saves a lot for taxi -beautiful pool and sizable -quiet, clean -Food choices- expensive restaurants (can take taxi to grocery store 10 minute away instead) -paying for indoor pool, hours only in evening and some funny rules (have to be in water with 12 year old kid, no eating)

This was an incredible hotel. The beach had nice chairs and umbrellas to use, the main swim area was made safe by netting. When the tide was out we were able to explore tide pools and see octopus, crabs and a bunch of other marine life. The food at the restaurant was a bit expensive but great variety of options and delicious. Staff were attentive and helpful especially during the rain when they offered umbrellas to guests. Rooms were large, and had incredible views of the ocean. Not a lot of restaurants off the resort that are super close so having a vehicle is very helpful if you don’t plan to eat at the resort.

Screaming children...everywhere! Lack of food options

If you go to Okinawa, this hotel has this old Europe charm that can't miss, combined with the excellence of the Japanese service. It is as beautiful as on the pictures. The beach is excellent, the food is nice, the staff is great, the facilities are really convenient. The hotel has been built in 1994, and for all the people looking for a hint of vintage, this perfectly maintained hotel will allow you to live the good old times of Japan one more time. Please don't miss it! Such places should be preserved as they're rare now. Quick tips: There's a konbini downstairs. You can rent a bicycle or a car. Coffee is free in the morning. If you come from Naha without a car, the best is to book the dedicated shuttle bus on "Japan Bus Online" which connects Naha to the hotel. If you want to visit Churaumi Aquarium, take a taxi to Onna no eki (20mn) then the Okinawa shuttle bus on "Willer". Be sure to book those buses a couple of days before your stay.

I love the scent at the entrance of the hotel, the food is awesome, facilities are clean, great views, and kind people!

The beach is superb, probably one of the best in the main island. The rooms were excellent, very confortable and spacious and clean. No amenities in the building... when it rained, there was nothing to do. The indoor pool was charged.

The three dining rooms offered an array of choices for both cuisine and atmosphere. We utilized all three and the food and service were uniformly excellent in all. The pool and beach offered the most pleasant surprise with both beauty and comfort. We took advantage of the welcome laundry room offering to clean some clothing during our month-long visit to Japan. The various retail shops were a bonus. The front desk person who assisted us upon checkin seemed to be either tired or distracted as she was not as welcoming and friendly as the other staff we experienced. Then again, we all have bad days every now and then.

Queueing for breakfast for over an hour.

Located with a beautiful view of beach!
-
The location is ideal to sightsee and the beach and pool are excellent. As well, the breakfast options are incredible.

The beach facing the hotel is stunning, and the pool is very pleasant. It is a great hotel for families. The rooms are comfortable overall. The rooms feel quite dated and are not quite up to the standard one would expect given the price. I was rather disappointed by the restaurants. Since the hotel is fairly isolated, you end up having to leave the property quite often. From a European point of view, and considering the room rates, it is difficult to imagine staying at the hotel for several days without going elsewhere. This is, in my opinion, the hotel’s main drawback.

The rain!!!
