Royal Regency Hotel

Went and stayed here for a wedding the room was spacious and clean only complaint not even light . The staff was nice and helpful with any questions we had.The food and drinks were great would recommend for a wedding or conference meeting .

This property is very nice looking and the room was very clean, which we appreciated. There were 2 towels in the bathroom and only 1 washcloth (there were 2 of us) which we shared. It was an 'accessible' room, so there were quite a number of grab bars in the bathroom, but it was a tub, not a walk-in shower. Fortunately neither of us had a problem climbing into the tub. There were no hooks on the bathroom door to hang robes or clothing, or even to hang towels. Wet towels had to be hung on the grab bar near the toilet, which caused the toilet paper to become damp. The handheld shower nozzle holder was broken & had to be balanced on the edge of one of the grab bars, & kept falling. The bed had 3 pillows, all of which were pretty flat, so we called the front desk to ask for a couple of extra pillows, & the person who answered told us she would call back, but she never did. There was a wedding reception taking place on the floor in an event room DIRECTLY UNDER OURS, & the music was so loud that we could feel our room actually shaking a bit. When the music finally ended we thought we'd be able to sleep, but the wedding guests were all over the place & hotel staff did nothing to quiet them - they were loud & running around until 4:00 AM, & quite a few even right outside our window! Twice during the night (the 2nd time at 3:30!), someone knocked persistently on our door & they turned out to be wedding guests who were looking for people & had the wrong room. Beware Room 122.

The big downside: this hotel is also a venue for parties and weddings which does make it convenient for the people in the wedding party and guests to stay but those of us who were just staying had to put up with booming music in our our room til about 1 am and then the drunken crowd settling down about 2am. No sleep! Ugh! And, the walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations and other things! If I had to stay here again, it may be during the week days where there may be no parties and maybe stay on the 2nd floor where my room wasn’t right above party room! But if you’re staying here to attend a party, this is the place for you!!!!!

every thing is ok in the property. I couldn’t find out anything wrong. if I will go back to New York staying the same hotel.

Clean room, staff was courteous!

Nice property. Very clean to stay at. Staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was when we had to pay $165 for the room amenities. At the bar we went to for lunch and dinner was great. Food prices were right within budget.

Although there is no pool, the property in-self is beautiful. Lots of parking. we arrived there every morning after 2 am, the reception staffs were very accommodating and friendly. 24 hrs services, someone is always at the desk. Breakfast was warm, fresh, and excellent, with a great variety of both hot and cold choices, along with, yogurts, and several hot and cold beverages. Great choices. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the kindness and flexibility of the staff. The building itself is beautiful. Well recommended and would be there in December again.

The Royal Regency Hotel is a Great Hotel! The ambiance in the hotel was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the dining area was beautiful. The servers and employees Mercedez and Darline gave great customer service and were very courteous and hospitable everyday. We loved the area and also free parking. Everything was great! We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Yonkers and the area. This was a great stay. Also there is also a beautiful garden called Untermyer Gardens it is a beautiful breathtaking garden and it is free.
