We loved the spaciousness of the room and the quality of the beds and sheets. The bathroom was clean and the shower spacious with excellent water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was full of options with pastries, cereal, meats and smoked salmon, granola etc - very well thought out. We dined at the pub next door and bought last minute items from the Londis 5mins away. We were well looked after. No complaints - it was great.

Sam the host was there to meet me and was great and welcomed me and showed me to room and around. The Venue was large and rooms well presented and clean with good provision of hot drinks and fresh milk and water. Room was as described with a large comfortable bed , tv and walk in shower and toilet facilities . Continental Breakfast also provided and enjoyed with a good selection available. Nothing. It suited my needs perfectly . Giving me somewhere to stay while attending a wedding at nearby high lodge.

Room size, wet room size and parking availability Stayed at this property twice last year under previous management and the breakfast was anything from toast through to a full English breakfast, smoked salmon or kippers, alongside fresh breads, yoghurts and fruits. Under the new management the breakfast is now continental with a poor selection of breads (brown loaf was mouldy). There was a large bin in the food area that should be emptied daily as this was full and stank. Cleanliness in general is very poor. Carpets needed vacuuming in our room, the main areas and stairs. Front door was very dirty, as were windows, gravel areas needed weeding and rubbish picking up in certain areas. In general the property needs a lot of TLC.

Loved the room, was ample for the 4 of us. Clean, crisp sheets, plenty of towels, coffee, tea (including fresh milk!) and water bottles for all 4 of us. My kids keep talking about how they loved the shower! Absolutely nothing!

Copper Beech was a lovely place to stay. The room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully presented, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. It was peaceful, well located for my visit, and I'd happily stay again. Nothing significant to mention. Everything was exactly as expected.

Great welcome and interiors. A few of the previous reviews have mentioned the proximity of the hotel to the main road, but the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, making the proximity to the road no big deal at all. There's a great pub just three minutes walk away: we had an excellent welcome and great evening meal there, as well as a great breakfast at the hotel. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was on the blink in the room, making quite a mess. Only coffee bags were available at breakfast, but no machine or cafetiere, so there was no decent coffee option available with the continental breakfast. Individual teapots and teabags were available, so a simple communal pot of ground coffee and a few individual cafetieres would be an easy fix for the coffee drinkers. Otherwise, the continental breakfast was excellent.

Family room was large with plenty of space to share; lovely en suite wetroom. Great quality coffee in the room. lovely welcoming team who responded to emails and were accommodating and friendly. Free parking on site and a pub within walking distance. Breakfast is continental - croissants, toast, cereal, yoghurt and overnight oats - which is good for the clientele who are mostly going from b&b to beach for the day. nothing.

Lovely property, one of the only places we’ve found in the area that can accommodate family of 5 without having to book two rooms. We stayed for Latitude festival and it was the perfect location. 15 mins drive away. We also visited the beaches nearby which were really beautiful We didn’t have any problems at all
