Clean, Great service, Good location close to station and convenient store. If we can get a full meal rather than sandwiches it would be amazing but we understand this is cafe hotel the meal still good and provide good energy for a day

You can tell that the staff is quite busy, but she handled everything perfectly and efficiently! The room is spacious and very comfortable. The design of bunk beds are clever. Great food and coffee.

Near train station, excellent for travellers with luggage and taking train 2 layer bedding not suitable for me

Location No lift - need to carry own luggage upstairs . Painful experience for those with young kids and elderly . Lower Bunk bed was very low ..such kind of room not suitable for seniors .

I love every bit of this place. It truly exceeds my expectations. Room is spacious, well equipped, modern and clean. Having a cafe downstairs is a plus as you would get the pleasant smell of coffee every time you walk in and out ^_^. Location is superb with a short distance from the station. Regret not having time to enjoy the cool onsen experience there. Highly recommend. nothing

New, modern, clean and well maintained. Just a minute’s walk from Yufuin station, very close to the main shopping street and convenience stores all around. Beautiful furniture, big bathtub and rooms were spacious and well ventilated. Loved relaxing at the onsen and sauna after a long day. I had the entire onsen for myself during my stay in December. There’s no elevator but staff were kind enough to help us with moving our luggage into our rooms.

Didnt do the breakfast. Location of the hotel is quite central. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a convenience store just opposite the hotel. Room is really spacious by Japanese standard. Electrical plugs are located just besides the beds. Nice cafe at the hotel receptionist. There is a carpark that is opposite the hotel but the staff told us that its really expensive and told us to park at the carpark besides the station. Still less than 200mm walking distance. Maybe can inform beforehand. There is no lift in the hotel. The staff was quite helpful and took the luggage up to the 3rd floor. The electrical points are not located at convenient spots at the TV area. Onsen area is a bit small and its used by ladies and guts. Just different timings for the day. Ended up not going.

Excellent location, super close to the train station, convenience stores and plenty of great food. Room was huge for just the two of us. Public bath was nice as well, whenever we used it, it was empty. Everything seemed clean and new. Ability to wash our clothes was a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. No lift. But the staff helped to carry the luggages up. The hotel also discourages us from storing luggage due to lack of space. Not a big deal as there were plenty of lockers within a 2-5 min walk away. But it would have made the stay really close to perfect.

Room was spacious and function like a one rm studio apt with microwave and sofa area. Washing machine and dryer available A little dim in the room. Staff must remind guest to Lock the room with the key.

Very very very convenient location, just few steps a way from yufuin bus terminal. Next to the hotel is Unagi rice restaurant. Hotel equipped with private onsen and sauna, though small but just nice, no complaint. Hotel has in house cafe too. Room is super spacious and with superb nice vibe. Love it love it love it ! Will stay here again if return to Yufuin next time. Nothing much actually

The place is relatively new and the rooms are quite spacious for family of 3 adults. There is coin laundry on the top floor. There is no lift in the hotel. No lift in the hotel
