From the moment we arrived in Yufuin, the hospitality was exceptional. They kindly offered to take our luggage from the station so we could explore the town freely, and later picked us up for check-in. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly polite and friendly, making sure we felt warmly welcomed, well-informed about local attractions, and very well fed. Our room was spacious, with a stunning mountain-view outdoor bath and a relaxing Hinoki bath—both truly unparalleled. The dinner and breakfast served were of exceptional quality, beautifully presented and delicious. This was the perfect ryokan experience: tranquil, restorative, and a true escape. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restful and memorable stay Nothing

The breakfast on the first day was excellent, and on the second day, even more than excellent. So too were the diners, second day was even better than the first day. The location is a short walk from the train station but it would be nicer if there is a way to call the hotel, perhaps they could arrange for pick up, considering most of the time traveller are already very tired, carrying luggage, walking just a short distance seems far. On the departure day, we were given a ride from the hotel, which was great. everything is beyond expectation, so nothing to add except the point 3 suggestion.
