We got in late at night and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was in good condition. Bed were comfortable and AC worked well. Breakfast was ok and the staff did an excellent job cleaning up after a nasty child went through coughing on breakfast items. The shower did not have hot water but we were pleased with our quick stay.

Room was clean but dated and property was in need of upkeep. There appeared to be numerous long term guests, and the vibe leaned more toward low rent apartments rather than hotel. Not horrible, but also not reflective of the guest rating presented at booking.

The bedrooms, we stayed in a different room each day, were spotless,. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast is substantial and the pool is so refreshing in the summer heat. I can’t believe how reasonably priced all this is. I won’t need to ever look for a different hotel in Yuma again There was nothing about the property I could be negative about

Right now it's just a small trip hazard but it could get worse. I'm sure they're working on fixing it so as we go to this motel quite often, usually a couple times to four times a year. The price is great

We stayed for two nights and were happy with the suite and a/c temperature. The pool area and jacuzzi is a nice size and clear water. The breakfast was a surprise and amazing ! Best Western Mall is my go to place and I have been telling friends to stay when going to Alcadonez Mexico for dental work. Best of it was very quiet while I was recovering.
