a little outdated and run down but good for budget stay

I was disappointed that even when we signed up for housekeeping, We only had it 1 day on a 4 night stay! We had to ask for towels and coffee! I’m sure it will be nice after all is updated and repaired. Nice pool. Great Staff! A very nice man that was doing extras around the rooms.

1. Bathroom light did not come on just flickered. 2. Unknown smears on box Springs, brains looked like blood. 3. Mattress was very uncomfortable. 4. The wallpaper on multiple locations was pewling. 5. The air conditioner grill had a large break,/open hole. 6. The large screen for the balcony sliding door was not even attached. It was laying against the sliding doors. 7. The Jacuzzi was closed with caution tape around it and was completely dry, so it had been closed for some time. And in fa.\n Ct was one of the big reasons I chose this hotel. I thought I would soak in a Jacuzzi. 8. The pool while open was very dirty, with leaves and other debris floating on it. 9. The check-in area and the lobbies were hot. And the air conditioning was only operational on the day I left as far as the lobby and the front desk area. 10. The ice machine on my level was out of order. 11. The dryer and laundry machine was out of order. 12. The elevated door had looked like it had been vandalized. 13. The shower had spots on the tub. Totally substandard for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

I I was issued the card for the room, which was very far away from the front desk. I was pushing my mother and her wheelchair. She’s 96 years old. when we got to the door it would not open. So we checked back to the front desk. The young man apologized gave me another room we get to that room and once again the door does not open. I go back to the front desk and I told them I did not want to stay there anymore. I stated my reasons young man was very kind. He was not able to give me a refund at that moment, but one was issued later on. The pictures are deceiving to say the least. The hotel smelled everything was falling apart. It looked like it had not been maintained in a very, very long time. I was told that if I did not turn in the cards the next day, they would charge for the card. Do yourself a favor and don’t go. This was the worst experience of my life. The only good thing about that place was the poor guy who worked at the front desk. I wanna say his name was Juan or José at this point I don’t remember, but he was very kind and very helpful and very understanding.

Nice room, large and clean just old. New ownership, old hotel. It was a beauty in its heyday, now smells a little in the hallways but everyone is nice. New carpet in the hallways and common areas would be amazing.

Everytime we travel through Yuma we stay here it's affordable, clean and staff is always helpful and nice. Can't wait for next road trip.

The room was nice and clean. I had i very relaxed and quiet stay. Thank you.

After checking in we went up to the room and it was a complete mess. We went back to the front desk informed them the room was not cleaned. He apologized and said we would get an upgrade. We received our new key and headed up to the room. It wasn't an upgrade, same room different floor. The A/C unit worked however, it made a whistling noise before it would come on and after it would shut off. Needless to say, we didn't get a good night's sleep. One bath towel had black stains on it, the coffee maker had coffee, creamer and sweetener however, nothing to stir with. The ironing board had duc tape on the feet. The door was missing the right side of the door frame molding. Needless to say, we won't be staying here again.

Room was good, no bugs. Was a thong tucked in the corner, but I just left it. Lol. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

I will never ever eveeeeeer stay there , feel like a creepy movie , a couple rooms just open with cleaning stuff , old beds etc , bathrooms old old ….

Driving up to the property, we immediately knew the hotel is not maintained. The signage in front of the property said “hotel” not Yuma Inn and Suites, just “hotel.” We checked in and removed the top layer of bed comforter. On both beds we saw human hair on the sheets. On one bed there were yellow spots and what appeared to be a dirt mark from a shoe. Further, there was a used bandage on the carpet. Clearly, the housekeeper failed to change the bed sheets. I was very disappointed, packed my bags and for the safety of my family we reserved a room at another hotel. I showed the front receptionist the images I captured with my phone and told him we were checking out. Although I appreciate him offering me another room, I was not convinced, based on my observations, of not just my room, but the entire property, that there is a serious failure on the part of management to keep this property clean and safe for their customers. Never again!

Was an older property but well maintained and clean. Pool, exercise room were great. Staff was friendly.

The hotel it self from the outside doesn’t look the best. The service was ok. The room was better than the appearance of the hotel on the outside but the rooms were clean and the ac worked well. Thank you!

Clean rooms, some a bit dated, we as a family had 3 rooms, love the suite with kitchen. Staff are helpful and understanding. Grandkids love the pool. And breakfast included with stay is great.

The only disappointment was that the POOL was closed. It's 104 and the pool is closed??? Really?!

Great place clean nice

No pool or hot tub. No plans to fix them. Super old hotel.
