Our stay at Sundance was beyond our expectations. The location was perfect. The room was amazing. I slept so well. The dinner and breakfast was perfect. 100% we would visit again. Everything was terrific

The room was very clean, spacious, and completely soundproof, which made our stay very quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the privacy and peaceful atmosphere. The view was beautiful, and both dinner and breakfast were included—they were amazing and delicious. The hotel is located very close to the ski resort, which was very convenient for us. Everything was well organized and clean. Overall, it was a perfect stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come again.

Extremely comfortable private and relaxing , beautiful area , very quaint , very lovely , very peaceful , amazing staff , very clean , and great breakfasts . Off season you should make sure you’re well stocked on food cause the food options locally are extremely limited off season

The location was near the mountain. Walking distance. The staff were great! The family room we stayed in was cold. Specifically the living room. The big windows and shutter vents couldn’t keep the cold temperatures out. Would have been nice if it was warmer.

Overall I like the property a lot. My kids enjoyed their stay and wanted to extend. I noticed black mold spots all over the downstairs bathroom. I know they are doing their best but when you notice black spots, it makes the places look dirty. I also know that black spots are usually thriving in cold weather but maybe they can use kabi killa.

Duplex apartment unit that can accommodate many guests, walkable distance to one of the chairlifts. Staff waited for us till late to check us in, we drove in from Narita after a late flight, we greatly appreciate the effort! Amenities topped up or replenished daily. Minor cockroach problem. The place seemed really clean but we had to kill abt 6 German cockroaches that were roaming around during our weeks stay. At the living area.

amazing apartment - very spacious, beautiful view out a massive round window, clean, functional, private. staff very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. breakfast was great (including vegetarian adjustments). 5 minute walk to the south gate of Naeba resort (near kids area and gondola). 10-15 walk to the village for a few more dining options. nothing - it was great.
