Decent stay, great location but hotel definately needs some upgrades!

They had just fumigated my room. It still smelled of Raid or whichever pesticide they used. There was black mold all over the bathroom ceiling and walls, especially in the shower area. The room was very white and felt like a prison cell.

It has a big parking location, and it had bathrooms outside which were very useful once we checked out . I liked everything , it was a fair price and a band for your buck .

That fact that i was made to pay for 2 people for a tour with out my knowledge, even though I went alone

Location was is good Room was close to the main avenue, it was loud, outdated, I got changed extra for late check out after talking to staff twice and them telling me it was ok, they they text me saying that they misunderstood the time, no apology followed.

Beautiful place and close to everything. I highly recommend you stay here and book a tour with the kind and friendly lady doing tours outside. Restrooms are too small.

Very well located, near to the Vitromurales. An extra bedsheet and blanket since at night was a little bit cold.

Location. Rained a lot, water drips from the ceiling in our first room almost wetting our electronics. Our room change also leaked. Shower had limited hot water at night but morning was fine. Wifi didn’t work whatsoever no matter where I stood. Noisy from the walls being thin when people arrive or just talk.

Location was good, just a few blocks from downtown and other sightseeings. The room was very clean and fairly confortable. There is plenty of parking space. Staff was very friendly and helpful. PIllows were a little bit uncomfortable, but nothing really important.
