The building is very nice and well located The jacuzzi water faucet was leaking, no bubbles for the jacuzzi, the air conditioner makes a lot of noise.

It is clean, well located and modern. It does not have a gym and neither a pool.

Overpriced and even if they offer spa it is not a real spa place. I mean there is a sauna but that's it. Additional, the supermarket is behind the hotel and it generates tons of noise

Location, cleaniness, friendly staff. The sauna unfortunately only heats until 65C max, which is not very hot.

This place was honestly one of the best places we stayed as we traveled through Mexico... The town, in general, was the best! But the hotel made it even better. The staff was super friendly and very helpful at all times. Breakfast was included in the room and it was delicious! You can't beat the breakfasts in Mexico! I enjoyed using the sauna after a whole day of hiking and visiting the Cascadas de Tuliman. It was very relaxing and I sure needed it! The location of the hotel is about a block or two away from the centro and same with the Mirador. . . There is so much to do in that town. Next time we will make sure to stay longer!

very nice place and in a great location. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. A common problem of many hotels, toilet paper seems to be the most cheap available in the market

The room and facilities are like described in photos There was nobody to take care of the "spa", I had called before since there was no toilet paper in the room, nobody at service desk. Also no butler as advertised, I just received a WhatsApp message which I never accepted to.

Hotel is very well located and wonderfully kept. They do however advertise having a spa, but it is only a small installation for massages. Rooms on the top floor are a bit too warm.

Bathroom was convenient for a lofted space. Other stays bathroom was downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Nice hot water! Getting in and out of bathroom a bit awkward...just a small thing.

The property’s new and it’s thoughtfully detailed. The beds are good. It is located right in the main square and there’s tons of food a few steps away. The staff is really friendly and try very hard to be helpful; they may be the best thing about the hotel. Breakfast is fair. Since it’s right in the action it is a noisy property; there is a supermarket next door and the parking lot surrounds 2 of the 4 walls of the property. The checkout experience is pretty terrible. For an expensive property they have 3 star (maybe 2) checkout processes, like not letting you check out until they’ve “checked” your room; they have cards on file, they should make any needed charges to the card per standard industry for their price range. On top of that, they won’t let you leave if you don’t complete a survey; I asked them to email it to me since I had plenty of feedback for them, but they refused to let me go without doing it and they were shoving the tablet in my face while I was teying to pack my car. Check out was a generally uncomfortable and weary experience. Pillows really aren’t the best. Their cleaning team cleaned the room (standard) but didn’t replace the shampoo bottles and I didn’t realize this until I was soapy… In general it was a good expeu, but it is ridiculously overvalued. This property is worth 2/3 of what it’s priced at, maybe even less.
