Excellent rooms, facilities and breakfast! The pool area was not as big as I expected and we had to sit upstairs from the pool.

the spa and staff were the major highlights, both were fantastic. the sauna is huge and the perfect temp. our room was very big and had a beautiful sunset view. it was also spotless and had built in usb-c fast chargers that did in fact fast charge. we really enjoyed how new and clean the whole property was. fenix restaurant on the first floor was very, very good and so was the room service so if you don't feel like walking 20 mins into the old city, there's plenty of good food on the property. there should be more lounge chairs near the pool or more lounge chairs with umbrellas. there is a whole "sun terrace" with more loungers (no umbrellas) but it's up a long spiral staircase and it's maybe a couple dozen more, which almost filled up. the breakfast was also not worth the price; it was decent and the service was fantastic but you are definitely paying for 'convenience' since the closest bakery is about a 15 min walk away.

Amazing hotel! Superior quality rooms, lots of attention to detail in the garden, spa, and pool—so many areas to relax and read or have a drink. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and willing to help with everything. The sunsets are just amazing, and you get the best view from the top above the pool. They have lounge chairs so you can enjoy a drink and sunset. Food at Fenix was not good. I ordered octopus and mushrooms, and everything was floating in sauce, which killed all the taste of the food. They claim it’s Peruvian, but I spent a few months in Peru and tried good Peruvian food—this is not even close. The sushi is not good either if you’ve tried quality sushi before. Given high quality hotel like Hyatt - they need to pay attention to what restaurants they have on premise

Location was excellent, just a short boat ride to Zadar old town. The hotel seems very new. Room was nice size with stylish design and large bathroom and closet area. The pool was gorgeous and there was an indoor section which you could swim to from outside. Also there was use of the thermal suite which had sauna, steam room, cold plunge pools, etc. Breakfast buffet was great, with eggs cooked to order. We had drinks at the outside terrace a lot and this has a lovely view and nice service. Overall a great place to stay. No coffee machine in room, which is out of line with the other features of the hotel. But plenty of coffee available in the cafe bar downstairs.

Excellent breakfast / dinner

New facilities, modern and beautiful, clean decoration and attentive staff. Big and comfortable rooms. This building was previously the historic Makarska distillery. Unfortunately, you can not find any reference at all of this in the hotel. Just a couple of suggestions - To add safe bars in the shower area and a better selection of fruits and cheeses for breakfast

The location is across old town. There is a boatman who takes you across the water to old town for 2 euros. The pool is heated. Overall a great stay Nothing to dislike.

Great location! Josip at the front desk was professional and friendly, and the breakfast restaurant manager (sorry I missed his name) was very attentive. The room was also nice and big." For this price, the selection of made-to-order breakfast dishes could be a bit more elaborate.

Beautiful, new hotel with gorgeous views of the old city of Zadar. The location is convenient to the old city by boatman (the boatmen of Zadar are a famous feature of the city), but less convenient by foot. It's not terrible by foot, but you have to like walking. There isn't much around the hotel, unfortunately, in terms of other restaurants or services, but there are some lovely villas and the views cannot be beat. For cafes and such, you really have to go into the old city. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, and the staff are all extremely professional and very helpful. The bed, pillows, linens and towels are all great, and the pool area wonderful. It would have been nice to have some cafes or places right around the hotel as when the weather is not good, it's harder to get to the old city for meals. It's likely that during the season, there is more available.

this is a new hotel so our expectation was high, and it exceeded all of these . The Hotel is beautifully fitted out, the restaurants and bars are of the highest standard, and the staff are very friendly and attentive nothing

Brand new hotel with spacious rooms. The Air Conditioning system seemed weak. The room never seemed to get cool enough.
