Room 102. When using the shower almost all water ends up on the floor even with the shower doors closed tightly. No mop to clean the water.

Great location as a 20 minute walk to beach and old town Breakfast was limited and when they ran out things weren't replenished. As Canadians the inside smoking is something that we're not used to as its been awhile.

The receptionist took care of our problem and changed the room Moldy dirty room. Hairs in the sink. Old very thin towels. Swimmingpool and wellness and fitness not available. Breakfast buffet seemed old too.kettle in the room but not tea no glasses no cups.

Location was perfect, walking distance from big shops, and beaches, old town was only 5 to 9 euros uber ride. Hotel and pool were quiet. Fair variety at breakfast. Room size was amazing, with a living room, dinning table, mini kitchen and balcony. Staff wasn't very helpful, on arrival even though we were wandering at the entrance, receptionist literralybjust walked pass without asking if we needed help, communication wasn't the greatest. Coffee machine was broken all our stay. Mattress was so uncomfortable. Dust all around the room.

Location is okay. With Uber for 5 euro in old city Not 4 stars. Cigarette smoke in entire complex. Barhroom old and broken/dirty. Rooms old and dirty. Kitchenette and minibar not in use and partial broken. Breakfast too simple, bad coffee and not enough for large quantity of guests. maximum of 2 stars

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. If you are traveling by bus, bus station is 2 minutes away. The staff was friendly. We were three in the room and they gave us one big towel and two hand towels for the shower. We got two more after asking. They did not clean the apartment in the 4 days we were there. Only removed the garbage. At least they could have a broom so we could clean ourselves. Some lamps didn't work, and the hook from the kitchen had broken buttons and we were unable to use it. The receptionist of the first day was a bit cold in her manners. The other one was nice and friendly.

Size of room and balcony. Breakfast was reasonable. Poor location - too far out of town in non-descript area. A number of amenities listed on the booking form were NOT available: No large double bed, no sauna, no slippers, no mini bar. There was an electric kettle but there were: no cups in the room and no glasses. The TV needed fixing and channels were limited. The wi-fi was dodgy and the shower screen door was broken. The information booklet in the room needs to be updated (as does prices for the non-existent mini bar which were still displayed in the country's former currency).

very helpful staff It was very very expensive for what it was. The hotel was full and we were put away from our kids in another part of the hotel - our room was like a throwback to communism - absolutely terrible. The curtains did not even close to fil up the window frames
