Super great location. Comfortable beds. Nice room. Shower is open/modern. Traveling with multiple people makes it really awkward because it’s only a curtain but doesn’t fully close the area so it reflects in the window. Have to have people stand out or turn away.

Cant get a better location. Walk out and you are in the heart of Zadar Very difficult to find and front desk is a 5 minute walk away

The room was very modern and comfortable. Everything worked. The location was very convenient in the old city center, yet the room itself was very quiet for sleeping. Weird, but the sheets seemed too short for the bed. Also, the bathroom could use a shelf for setting things.

The location was excellent just inside the walking area of old city. Our driver could drop us within a one minute walk. Very safe and fun neighborhood. Easy walk to the seaorgan and other sites. The check in was easy and the room was in great condition. Beds comfortable. There is a mini kitchen if you want to cook we did not use it. WE found everything was great and had no complaints.

The location in Zadar old town was good. The staff were helpful. Ringing Bells - This property is right beside a bell tower and the bells ring from early morning until late. This wasn’t stated in the description for the property. It should be clearly stated in the description for the property. Balcony - this is not really a Balcony as such, it’s more of a shared landing for 2 other properties. The room was not the one pictured on Booking.com. There was no windows (pictures on line had windows) in the room only a velux, this meant the room was dark.

The room was lovely, bed was really comfy. The views were amazing! There was coffee and a kettle and a small fridge which was handy. The location was perfect, in the heart of the old town, 5/10 mins walk from the sea. The ladies on reception were really lovely when we checked in and looked after our bags when we checked out so we could have a last wander round ?. Highly recommend staying here. There was nothing we didn't like! ? The only thing to note is there is no lift so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you.
