Exceptional location. AC kept going out

We got the room at 15:30 Check out at 10:00.

Location The AC didn’t work at all. Room was hot and stinky, smelled like sewerage. If you open windows - too noisy

Inside old town and price was relatively lower than other places. My room was not in the actual address of the hotel, and it was more like a cheap air bnb with not even drinking water in the fridge,. The breakfast was not all inclusive like other hotels I had stayed in for my trip.

Check in process was a bit difficult as the reception is in a restaurant.

First of all, when we got there we were told by phone that our "room" was in a different hotel. We had to just walk down street a little more, but it wasn't what I booked. Second, you had to haul your luggage up 6 flights of stairs. There is also a plumbing problem so every time you turned on the water, it made a loud, really loud noise until you shut it off. It is the heart of everything so it was noisy. I would stay somewhere else. I can't comment on breakfast because we had to leave early, but we did go by the restaurant and ask for a cup of coffee and were told no.

When we arrived at 11:50 no one was answering the door of the hotel no staff where there it turned out to be a self check in hotel then after ringing the bell and knocking the door so many time at 12:20 someone opened the door wearing nothing but his boxers and he didn’t speak English so we did not understand anything he was saying but he was very disrespectful then we called the hotel number 5 times with no answer after a 15-20 min of no answer someone answered and they told us that they will now send the room information who did not happen until another 15 min later and when we received the info turns out the hotel was in a total different location with a very dirty and bad door entrance and 3 flights of stairs with no elevator the room was not bad but the floor was dusty and there was used towels in the bathroom and the fridge was not working and no water is in the room and on your website it shows that there is a WiFi but the Wi-Fi did not work it showed that “no internet connection“. At breakfast time the breakfast was no where to be found and no one to help us find it. I am very disappointed in the booking app as I have used it before and I trusted it this has changed my opinion.

Very nice clean and near to the tourist spot Nothing

Nothing The property is hidden in a narrow neighborhood street. Street name is not clearly visible. We spent almost 40 min to find the apartment by asking some local people (google maps does not give accurate information). No reception office in the neighbor. Booking.com states 1.5 Euro/person local tax, but we got a message from the property management asking to pay 2 euro/person in cash only. This is not an honest disclosure. The last is parking, Booking listing states parking available. but there is no parking available in the neighborhood. Street parking is the only choice, it is hard to find a parking space around this area. Also there is no elevator, we are on the top floor which we have to carry our luggage 4 flights.

When we arrived, we initially had trouble finding the place, but we called the host and they were very kind, friendly, and polite, giving us clear directions. The apartment is clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The bed is phenomenal and ensured a great night’s sleep. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended
