The hotel located near the historic square of Zagreb. Additionally, the service is exceptional and the hotel ambience really worth the experience During our stay, the hotel cleanliness does leave something to be improved on. That being said, the hotel receptionist did indeed go above and beyond of managing customer’s satisfaction as well. Finally, do note that there is no tram stop near the hotel

Good breakfast. Location Not crowded The Shower. Floor extremely slippery with no rails to grab at all. Dangerous if you don’t put a towel to step on it. The balcony ?… just a window to see surroundings roof. The room lamp so big exactly over you when sleep.

The rooms were nice and very clean. The shower could have used a rubber mat. It was SO slick, I was afraid of slipping and nothing to grab ahold of. My husband showered first, and warned me to be careful of falling because he almost did! The main negative thing hit us as soon as we walked into the hotel. The air freshener was so strong, it was choking! I was SO glad our room didn't smell like that! You couldn't enjoy the lobby, bar, or restaurant for the strong 'flowery' odor. I don't know what they were trying to mask, but it would have been better than what they used to cover it up!

No parking, ac in the room gave us troubles. The toilet was installed to high and the toilet seat is narrow and uncomfortable. Coffee machine was half working

Fine classic hotel with an excellent location for visiting Zagreb. Professional friendly staff, on site valet parking, wonderful large rooms with old world charm. Hotel being in inner city, for drivers just be prepared for tight temp parking on a street that is only for trams and business. Pay attention.
