I paid cash on receiption but but they asked me to pay 4 euros additional.... An additional amount of approximately € 24 was charged to my card. I would like this amount to be refunded, as I already paid the reception in cash. Thank you.

Great location in the city center, room was clean, stuff was more than friendly. Great value per money and I would definitely come back for a short stay.

I stayed here mainly because they offered free parking, which was available and very convenient. The room was bigger than expected for a hostel and surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning worked well, making the stay comfortable. It’s also within walking distance of the city center and works well for a one-night stay. WiFi was a bit unreliable and came and went at times. The exterior area around the hostel isn’t very attractive, but once inside the room everything was clean and fine.

I chose this place over City Hostel Zagreb mainly because it was closer to the Ban Jelacic Square where I was hoping to catch a morning food tour. But my train was delayed, I missed the food tour, and I got stuck then staying at this college dorm-like hostel. Broken locker (they didn’t even come to see or fix it) Handheld massage showers No shelf inside shower stall Bedroom and bathroom doors really don’t pull shut unless you manually lock them A ratio of 40 people per floor for two shower stalls for each gender—and one toilet seat (two urinals)! Only hostel in my entire 5-week European trip that did not offer free luggage storage for even an hour or two (5 euro rental lockers) Luckily it wasn’t very crowded on my level. I feel there must be better hostels for adults who aren’t looking for half the hostel just hanging out up front outside just smoking.

Recpecioneri su bili odlicni! Jako ljubazni i od puno pomoci! Hostel je lijep i cist, ali jedino sto je bilo naporno je hodati 2 kata bez lifta. Sve u svemu super !

Nice beds, comfortable, clean. Big windows. Good value. Windows in room overlook a hall which is lit by a motion sensor switch, so at night whenever anyone is in the hall, light shines into the rooms and there is no way to block it. Also, even if you label your food/drinks as directed before you put it in refrigerator, it can still get thrown away or stolen. My drinks in a clearly labeled bag were missing the next morning due to an overzealous employee. They did compensate me for the drinks but it was pretty annoying.

Great central location with lots of things to do in walking distance. It is a bit secluded, but the staff explains everything in welcome message, especially if you reserve a parking spot. Warm, nice and well maintained. The only thing that might be bothering is that the building is shared with highschool so in the morning there are lots of yourg people speaking on the entrance stairs, and a bit noisy on the hallways.

Having your own private space - cell is always great, and I love this about this place. It's great value for the money - in normal conditions about 20eur per night, they just need bigger blankets ffs! The blanket is way TOO SMALL, you can only cover yourself from toes to a little over the belt. You cant cover your whole body and feel comfortable. Also TV's don't work - they aren't connected to either cable tv or the internet and you can't connect them to wifi, so they're just there...useless. I've stayed here twice before - one and two years ago and same issues and I reported them already in the past, but no change - yet? Maybe next time I'll stay there I'll be pleasantly surprised ?

Very friendly staff, always someone at reception. Great location in the city center.

The kitchen was very small and difficult to access with many people in it. They use volunteer staff rather than paid staff and that always makes me feel like I'm contributing to labor trafficking.
