All perfect Just the noise of trains

Perfect location and available 24 hours for checking, Steep and narrow stairs. Hard to climb with luggage. Strange wiring in the room - wires hanging from the ceiling.

There are lot of stairs to take luggage.

There was mold on the tomatoes served, and also the ketchup was past the expiry date.

Room is really small. I am glad I didn’t bring my suitcase with me. You need climb staircase to access hotel. It is what it is. Size of the room

Location good, downstairs cafe Nice with a good breakfast included. Our room was well lit with windows False advertising as to which room we would Be in. The room we got Was different than the photo and not as nice. Ear plugs were a nice touch and that we were warned about the tram noise. But not warned about the room shaking as trams went by. We actually got used to that! Hard to get in and out of bed as single beds on each side were so close to our bed. Not told where the pole was to open the window. Also we were told by one person that there was laundry service but very expensive. The next day another person told us no laundry service.

No parking.

Location was 9/10. Very friendly and helpful staff. First of all, it didn’t have an elevator and our room was in the 1st floor. The room was tiny (we couldn’t even open our luggage). Breakfast didn’t have many options, but everything was good quality and very tasty. Last but not least, we have to mention that the hotel is next to the lines of the tram, so every time that a tram passes you feel like the building is shaking (a mini earthquake) and the funny thing is that trams pass every 5-10 minutes (+ during the night).

Wonderful Location for this hotel. The only issue we had was the noise, which they do warn you about a head of time.

Room was exactly next to the road, so the tram you can feel it vibrate each time it passed. But as for sound, we didn't hear much. We didn't know that there won't be lifts. But maybe we will check next time, as in Croatia there are a lot of stairs!

Location Parking was not on the property. They don’t have any person to help with luggage. No elevator. The door of the Room was open when we arrived.

Close to all amenities. Breakfast was ok. Fresh fruit for breakfast. Staff very helpful. Extremely noisy. Kids were partying till midnight outside our door. No shampoo in bathroom. Wiring problem with lights above double bed. Building shook when rapid transit went by. They handed out ear plugs to use at night.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and, excellent location The entrance might seem a little rough at first, but don't let that deter you. It would be wonderful if the breakfast offered more variety. We stayed for a couple of days, and the buffet breakfast remained the same, which was a bit repetitive

After a very problematic first night, the staff was extremely helpful and made things so much better that I stayed a second night, happily, with no problems at all. Very slick, pleasantly furnished place. The staff was also helpful with everything else: finding things, using public transportation. Really makes a difference. The room had skylights, which needed to be open for ventilation, and this particular room was next to the tram line, so it shook when the tram went by. Without ventilation, the room smelled bad. I understand this; it happens in big cities with old buildings, but it still made the night unpleasant. It was also difficult to charge everything, because you had to disconnect the TV or the cooker. But when the staff opened the skylight in the morning, fresh April air poured in and it turned into a very nice room indeed.

Good variety for breakfast

Twice we had to request towels which were not provided and at one point we had to take a cold shower as the boiler was not working. To be fair, the receptionist resetted it however it took some time before the hot water was available again. Also the trams are really noisy and although the room is equipped with double glaze windows the sound of them throughout the night did not let us sleep well.

The hotel has an ideal location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast offered a good variety and was more than sufficient. Overall, it is an excellent hotel for its price - comfortable, practical, and functional.

Location is great! Staff is very friendly. The room in the 3 floor is very noisy. The hotel does supply guests with ear plugs but even with the ear plugs, the room shakes from time to time and you can hear noise from the street.
