Breakfast, there was construction going on right in front of the hotel - lots of noise

Location cleanliness staff Bed is not that much comfortable

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was a little lumpy (old) but ok for a couple nights. The girl who came in the a.m. fixed us breakfast (eggs) and everything else was layed out for us to choose. Nice girl. She was not there when we checked in but the directions for self check in were clear and we had no problems. The only thing was: it was a little hard to find B & B because of some construction in front of the building. Parking was across the street $13 Euros daily. Handy to have so close.

There is no sight seeing outside

It is just a little bit cold in winter for our taste, but there is a heater in the Bathroom which you can turn on and leave doors opened which will keep you warm

It was large room and perfect location. It is in center of town so tram is very close and you hear a slight vibration when a tram passes by, but it doesn’t bother.

The location is great, really close to the city center. The rooms were clean, comfortable with a really nice design. The host was great, easy to communicate with and very attentive.

It was clean, secure. Michele was very helpful and pleasant. We weren't aware of the construction which blocked the view of our accommodations from the street.

The host was communicative and responsive, which helped because there was work happening in front of the location and it was hard to find. The room was simple. I had everything I needed. And the breakfast was nice. The building is by a main street, but it wasn't clear that a tram line runs on it so when the tram started running just before 6 AM I wasn't really able to sleep much. Having traveled from abroad and spending my first night with difficulty sleeping was a real challenge.

The location is excellent for old town Zagreb. Literally, steps away. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hostess was very informative and she provided breakfast as well which was very good. Parking is in a public underground lot across the street. You can buy 24 hr tickets once inside the lot. The rooms are in an old building but rooms are modern. At the time of writing, there is construction going on outside the entrance to improve the steps that rise beside the building so the entrance was blocked and difficult to find from the street. However, once we did, it was easy access.

The accommodation was in a perfect location to visit Zagreb and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The whole place was really clean and the food was very tasty. Thank you!

The breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. The Bed is very bad both of us needed a massage. Especially the wooden base which is flexible.

Staff was responsive and kind. The location is very close to the city center and there is a convenient garage just around the corner. The room itself was at ground level with windows on the street, so not the best in terms of privacy, although the street wasn’t busy at all due to some ongoing construction works. Breakfast is served in the hallway so it can get noise at morning depending on other guests breakfast habits.

Exceptional

The hotel is located near the city center, perfect for sightseeing. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. They also speak perfect English. The self check-in wasn’t complicated at all, we got all the information in advance.

The location is perfect, close to a public underground parking, and close to the old city center. The staff was very friendly and polite Great breakfast. Not a lot of options, but more than enough variety so we always found something we liked. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working. We asked in the morning at breakfast if it can be fixed, but although we were told that the repair man will come in a few hours, he didn't. We were also offered a new room, but since we thought it will get fixed, we refused the offer. Unfortunately nobody came, and when we came back to the room, in the late evening, we didn't want to deal with this. At breakfast, the lady from the staff was surprised that they didn't come, and she apologised.
