Room Far away from sites. No places to eat around the property. Yo have to walk 25 minutes to reach a place to eat or visit. Front desk ladies ver rude. Jan (his name) only one helpful at front desk. Room was not made at 5pm, excuse was too busy with check in.

Parking garage under the hotel was great. Nice. Bar in the lobby. Restaurant dinner did not live up to expectations.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Highly recommended!

The breakfast area was a bit chaotic, but not due to the hotel itself. Some guests were taking chairs from other tables, leaving some with only one chair or none at all.

We could do without the coffee machine in the room. More helpful if there were slippers available, small toiletries and some extra helpful things so that you don't have to pack. But overall it didn't affect our stay, but we noticed.

Lovely place! Rooms are very clean and spacious, everything is modern! Lobby is super vibing, amazing atmosphere. Food at the restaurant is amazing!

Friendly, helpful staff! The breakfast is good, the facilities are good. The heating in the room didn’t seem to work properly, we set it to 19, but it just kept rising to 25. The staff was kind and unlocked the window so we could open it up, but it was 6 outside, so playing the open, close, vent game was not ideal.

They chraged me twice for one stay. I have a proof for that, but they told me that they can give me back only half of a money they owe me. I'm trying to solve this problem.

It was cold for my standards - 21 in winter time in the room. Lobby and restaurant are much colder.

Nothing to point out here, just a decent, ok-ish place to stay by modern standards. Not a sh*thole, but far from anything interesting or special. Classic hotel chain place. Poor bed and coffee options left in the room are just awful (cheapest, most horrible pods you can find, and only 2 for watered down espresso), quirky ventilation works either on full blast or not at all (temperature is on lowest if on), restaurant and bar close very early
