Great location to get to know Zagreb. Good price and warm personnel!

Really happy with the size of our room. Good clean facilities and an easy location to grab the trams.

Breakfast had variety. Room and bathroom were clean. The main reason we booked there was the parking. When we checked in at 8:30pm we were told that their parking was full. We had to go to a private parking (9 euros/day was not bad) 10minutes away on foot.The reception area was very small and crowded. Narrow corridors, and breakfast areas below ground level. Dilapidated exterior with old worn look, similar with area. Trams pass right in front of hotel. Coffee was terrible. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

No air conditioning in room. Was a bit too warm in the room, but cool off at night with the window opened

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they really made you feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is not located directly in the city center, but it is about a 20 minute walk away and is easily connected by tram. Yes, if that is what you mean, it should be written “opened later than announced.” Here is the corrected and smoother version: The room was too hot, and although the temperature control was clearly visible, it did not actually change the temperature. I had to contact reception, and they eventually turned off the heating. The hotel is located in a busy transit area and the sound insulation is not very good, so it can be quite loud, especially due to the traffic outside. The breakfast selection was complete, but it was spread across two different rooms without a very logical organization, which made it somewhat inconvenient to find things. As I had to leave early, I was also a bit frustrated that breakfast opened later than announced, leaving me with only a few minutes to eat before departing. In this case, punctuality would have been appreciated.

Everything is an easy answer but it’s true. The hotel is in a perfect location, the price was great, good breakfast, and the staff is fantastic.

Nothing The property rating is inflated. It does not even go for one star. There was no hot water in the wash basin. The rooms were very small and no space for two adults to move around. No water provided. Over all very bad experience

The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. The room was good and had everything for comfortable stay. Hotel has breakfast option for an additional fee, and a bar downstairs. There is a beautiful botanical garden nearby and local bakery. Not really possible for the hotel to fix it, but the street where the hotel is located is looking quite destroyed and covered with ugly graffiti. If I as a woman was walking there alone, I would feel unsafe at night.

A little worn and a bit insufficiently equipped for a 4 star hotel. Just a little out of the central area - the walk towards and from the center in the summer heat was a bit uncomfortable.

We were only one night and one breakfast but we were quite happy. our room faced the street and the trams did keep me awake

Breakfast was very good and so was the location. The tram stopped right infront of the hotel. Staff were very helpful. Tea making facilities in the room would have made it more comfortable.
