The hotel badly needs an upgrade - it has seen better days it shows. The staff attitude in general was bad. The cleaning crew was bad and most of the staff in general were quite unfriendly and almost bordering on being rude

The entrance to the parking lot was a little confusing at first, but the staff made it very easy to navigate. Everyone we interacted with was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. The check-in process was well organized and clearly explained. The valet attendant was efficient and gave us clear instructions about where our car would be parked. At the time, we weren’t familiar with the name of the casino parking garage he mentioned, but we figured it out later. The room was very clean, with crisp, bright white bed linens that made it feel fresh and well maintained. We also really appreciated the complimentary gifts. They were unique, thoughtfully chosen, and reflected the local culture, which made them feel much more meaningful than typical hotel welcome gifts. The downside was that we had to carry our own luggage. We were happy to tip a staff member for assistance, but no one was available to help with our bags. Other than that, the service was excellent, and we had a very positive experience. The room was very clean. The mattress—it moved whenever one of us shifted during the night, which my husband found a bit uncomfortable. The room itself could have been a little more spacious. As overseas travelers, we travel with larger suitcases, so having extra space to open and organize our luggage would have been appreciated. Overall, the hotel has the charm of an older luxury property. While it shows its age in some areas, the thoughtful upgrades, modern amenities, and attention to detail add a touch of elegance and create a refined, upscale atmosphere. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a very positive experience and appreciated the excellent service throughout our stay.

We were there on a Trafalgar tour and were able to keep the same room for both nights. Room was very comfortable. Location was good for us - short walk to get some laundry done. Excellent breakfast spread. Nothing.

Conveniently located. Beautiful views and comfortable beds. Loved everything.

Staff and location were very nice. Great view from 13th floor Hotel is very dated. It could use a big renovation on every level. Lobby, coridors, rooms. They charge the price of 2026, but “live” in 1996.

The check in clerk was wonderful and efficient. The hotel location is good and I had a nice city view from a roony junior suite. The master light switch at bedside is great! And the alarm clock with USB socket is helpful. Great breakfast! Poorly designed and constructed building. Walk to the pool and sense the moisture saturation. Poorly ventilated. The baseboards were loose in my room. The shower has a 4mm dam so water finds it's way to the bathroom floor pretty easily. There's a 6mm gap between the tub and shower wall... a good place for that escaped water to go, and impossible to clean or dry, whi h leads to bad things. The toilets use an extraordinary amount of water to flush, but dont get the job done. Ridiculously useless! Separate bidets are a waste of equipment and space. One word suggestion, Toto. When I asked desk clerk if she could post my already stamped cards, she sent me to the post office instead of offering to combine it with hotel pickup. This is management's fault.. but i know people in the industry who can do better. Fancy pod coffee maker, but no way to make just hot water... perhaps check the device in 1126. Uncomfortable furniture. And the mattress felt like it was coaxing me off the bed... bit of a lean from worn springs I guess.

A lot. Starting with checking in, I arrived around noon and was told I could not check in before 2 pm. When I asked if rooms were available I was told they were and I offered to pay a fee to check in since I was tired but was told they did not allow that. Even when I went up at 155 pm I was told to wait 5 minutes and that is just downright rude for a major chain, But the worst was to happen. I was very tired and went to sleep early and was woken by someone from the hotel in my room which really frightened me and when I went to speak to the manager the next day was never connected to them. 2 days later a letter was left on my door with a meager apology. This was very poor service overall.

This is a well run hotel with a well trained staff. Exceptional is not good enough to describe the breakfast buffet. We travel a lot and this is among the very best for quality and variety. There's no heat in the room. I was cold often. We were told that the entire hotel has either heat or air conditioning and it was set for cooling, not heating.

Breakfast is for many tastes, choices are wide and there is something to choose, for sure. WiFi is free and very good. It might need some refurbishment, still it is very clean
