The hotel is at a very good location, not directly in the center but on the main street and walking distance (10-20 minutes) to all major attractions. The personnel at the reception were always kind, happy and helpful. The room was renovated in a modern style and larger than expected. The breakfast was fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Hotel Park 45 The breakfast area is relatively small, it would not be comfortable if there was a large group inside. Also there is almost no lobby and bar area, other than a few chairs at the reception. If needed to meet and talk with some friends you might wish to go outside the hotel.
